Surprised no "official" thread about this yet, thought the show was a big deal on here. Hope this season is a little better than the last, I can't deal with more episodes where seemingly nothing happens.
 
Again, all they need is to attract them to the fence and spear them through the head like some did earlier. make a killzone. Don't go hand to hand unless absolutely unavoidable. It's a prison, it's full of channelling venues where you can funnel zombies.

Now they do it through the bars/chicken wire. They are so inconsistent. You find a method that works well, you stick with it.
 
Would have been interesting for one of the slave zombies to be white... The fact that both were black like the katana lady struck me.

The survivors rarely seem to loot the bodies of walkers (e.g. prison guards wearing armour and helmets). Wasteful bunch...

Surprised he did not just kill the doc like he did the other old fellow. At best he'll be lame and really hinder them.
 
They had mentioned that Hershal was meant to be killed off earlier in the series, but they had him stick around. Also later previews mention Rick saying "We lost one taking this prison."

All that combined I was just waiting to see which person they killed off. When they took Hershal into the zombie buffet I figured one wasn't coming out alive 🙂
 
Can we not have the spoilers? If you're reading the thread, you should have watched the show, damnit AMC has it on every other hour there's no excuse not to see it already!

I thought it was lame that they cleared the hallways, then met some zombies, and there were zombies behind them now?

I totally agree. But it's hard to avoid clicking on a thread, so people will bitch.

About the hallways, I don't think they cleared every spot, just around the corner. So, could have been more hiding around the corner down the hall. But they were so systematic with clearing the courtyard, I'm wondering why they were so sloppy indoors.

The previews showed them burying someone outside the prison, so ya, Hershel's probably gone.

if they have all this ammo now why are they running from the zombies? Why not open fire?


ALSO! My friend and I were watching, and both noticed the zombies looked different this episode. She thought it looked more like they were wearing masks, I thought they looked more cartoony...anyone else?
