Ma

I am trying to figure out where people came to believe Martial Law can and will stop elections. Elections cannot be stopped by declaring martial law, as there is no authority or mechanism under martial law to do so. If elections do not happen, it won't be because of martial law.

Trump thinks Zelensky did it, and he likely got the idea from him.

As shitty as SCOTUS is being, they're making the perfect public case to institute massive necessary reforms of the court, a position previously viewed as toxic.

How do you think that will be accomplished? It pretty much takes changes to the constitution to reform the Supreme Court. Democrats will never have enough seats for that, unless MAGA literally votes democrat.

Also in recent days Trump has fired Erik Siebert because he couldn't find evidence to lock up Trumps political opponents, so now he's ordering Pam Bondi to do it out in the open. They aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

Investigate all they want. Felony charges still require grand juries to indict, and they haven't been so keen to do that with flimsy bs evidence DOJ hacks have been putting up.

No it doesn't. It takes a simple majority. Congress has the power to add or take away seats, add districts, change rules for jurisdiction and so forth.

The democrats couldn't even appoint a new Judge when one died on their watch with a simple majority. You want to argue they are going to do major Supreme Court reform with a simple majority?

And which judge was that?

The appetite for changing the rules a few years ago was a lot different than what it would be today. Why do you assume political positions are static?

LOL the appetite of Dems leaders when they have power is:

1. Don't do anything
2. Don't let anyone else do anything
3. Make sure nothing gets done!

It took AOC to unseat one of the leaders for them to panic and throw us a bone with the build back better but if you notice.. they gave away 200 times the funds to red states as they did to blue ones.

Aid for red state farmers, rural internet in red states.. nothing for housing/ homeless in blue states, nothing for mental health, no background checks for guns.

FFS they didn't even undo my SALT limit penalties that raised my taxes.
