Did you install one yourself?

What brand did you use? Something off ebay or like HD/ Lowes??

My bedroom faces west and is on the highest floor so it's easily the hottest room of the house in summers.. even 12000 btu window air conditioner running all afternoon can't seem to lower it below 84F. (18 feet x 10 feet so technically 8000 btu should be enough but NOPE!)

What if Europe put a 1000% Tariff on ASML stuff .. Unless the chips were baked within EU borders?

No I didn't install a mini split myself, I was just showing you the electrical supply part. I did install a 240v socket and breaker for my server rack.

How's the US going to do that when it's a dutch company? Yes they have US facilities, but the main center is in The Netherlands

Euro should think on how to deal with the US in that matter.

The problem is that ASML uses some of the USA patents in their tech. And if USA uses that excuse to demolish ASML in lawsuits, they would leave on bad shape to stay afloat without cash or even with European money.

We would have to work it sure, and until we do, we dont really know if it'll work or not.

But lets get real for a second, if we were to cut off a crucial supply chain to the AI race, Trump would simply declare war on Europe or something similar crazy.

Anyway, Tariffs are working as expected for the US economy

Imagine having as much political capital as Trump—like Congress would never hold him accountable for ANYTHING—and somehow he still squanders all of it in his first 6 months in office.
