Little Jack Horner sat in a corner
Eating his Christmas pie.
He stuck in his thumb and pulled out a... Blackbird?
And said, "I'm in the wrong fairy tale!"

Sing a song of sixpence a pocket full of rye,
Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie.
When the pie was opened the birds began to sing,
Oh wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the king?

I have some issues with this.

1. As a baker, this would be an epic fail.
2. Four and twenty blackbirds in a pie would not be dainty, but a huge fricken pie.
3. I don't think the blackbirds would be singing, they'd be pissed and making an awful noise. Not to mention the fact they'd be trying to get out of the dang pie!!

Crunching PrimeGrid - and heating the house at the same time - the comps run some 5 - 6 ºC hotter than usually. IOt is good that thge out side temps ate in the teens ... 14ºC.
Sweet 14 - theat means that the compuer roome stays below 27ºC - great for the race! ...

LoL! even 300 years ago you did not put the birds into the pie before it was baked - you put the the finished lid on after you put the sedated birds (laudanum you know) into the pie. After some time the birds wake up and are happy, sing. Then the pie is served.

I am much more concerned about the eating of the pie. I would not. The birds have some very fast metabolism abd are doomed to use the pie as a latrine ... Yukk.

I just finished Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I've never cried so much in two episodes in my life. :)

Damn that's a good show.

24 sparrows would fit in a pie though!!
