But the snow will change to rain later ... which is even worse, because the snow will melt and huge amounts of water will move onto the ice-covered river and cause floods and mayhem. :(

I wish spring flooding would be over and the spring flowering would start.

Does the melting snow create any sort of dangers like a bad wolf coming down to where people are?

Come on, FMC, the rules are fun and bogus. Since they are bogus no bad wolfs will eat you if you either break ro follow them.

Due to the melting snow and the rain there is too much water on the streets, paths, walkways, trottoirs, roads, highways, alleys; the woods, clearings, fields, meadows, coast, beaches, mud flats, gardens, hills, mountains, dells. Since bad wolfs like to be comfy (they hate wet paws nad furs) they stay indoors or hunt in stables (where OTOH the cows, sheep, heifers, kalves, horses, ponies, llamas, oistiches, pigs, piglets reside).

Ahhh, I misunderstood. I thought with a, um, well I forgot now. Anyway, I guess I'll start over.

(So each person has their own alphabet that they work in I suppose. I thought it was going to be a continuation of the previous post, etc).

But in doing this, I guess that means I do have a purpose in the world after all. How else will we have stats for this. :D

Even though you misunderstood your own rules, or although I may have misunderstood your rules, the bad wolf will stay in the stables during the rain and thaw.

Following my previous post is a NEF. ;)
Lets see what FMC comes up with. :)
The fact that PCTC2 has to start his own alphabethical soup gives me some consolation. I wonder which alphabeth (as in contrast to Elisabeth) he will follow ... and at which letter he will start ... if he will use some mathematical progression ... :D

Gee, I dunno. I really like the idea of the continuing alphabet though. Makes it more interesting. And derivatives would be easier to figure out as well. Not to mention, mistakes in the "alphabet-line" would be much more easily noted. For those watching, and making stats of course.

Honestly, do you, gentle reader, believe in following all rules? Or do you, then the less than gentle reader, rather break them?

It is a well considered policy to seemingly follow the rules, but secretly undermining the rules' authority by gently pushing the envelope and expanding the limits. That is why I am a bad wolf, and many with me ...

Juliet said something like that, didn't she? I dunno. Sounds fancy enough to be a quote of some kind.

Mind not, that there were no police boxes when the bard wrote Romeo and Juliet - there was no police ... a very good time for big bad wolves!

Rules of the race:
1) You can only post two sequential posts at a time. After your second sequential post, another forum member must post before you post again.
2) Your post must begin with sequential letters of the alphabet, i.e. the first post must begin with 'a', the second 'b', and so on, until the 26th post begins with 'z', and the "counter" starts again. So First character mod 26 if you will.
3) Bonus points are given for the clever use of "Bad Wolf" in your post.
4) These rules are completely bogus, and should therefore be ignored, as I am simply delaying any programming on assignments.

#!/bin/bash
# This is a bogus program
ITER=$((RANDOM%91+3000))
ci=0
post_count="$1"
while [[ "$ci" -lt $ITER ]]; do
let post_count+=1
echo "PCTC2 has posted $post_count posts!"
echo "The md5 hash for this post is `echo "PCTC2 has posted $post_count posts!" | md5sum`"
done

Purrfect Programming Presented - possibility (p)of (p)failure. ;)

The Big Bad Wolf is back - good to see him!
