There are never enough hours in the day. I left for work this morning at 6:45 AM and got home just shy of 7:00 PM. I accomplished none of my goals at work, spent the whole day meeting with vendors and attending to little things for other people.

On Saturday I will be replacing the timing belt and water pump on the ex's car. I'm looking forward to it. It's a '97 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder. That car may last for 300,000 miles. It has 180,000 on it now. That's 289,682 km for you metric guys. (It should last till 482,803 km.) I don't know what Toyota has done during the past few years. I think anything they built before 2002 is a really good vehicle and will last a long time.

Maybe if I keep my XP x64 problems on the back burner while I'm working on the car I will be able to figure them out.

My have a 2005 Toyota Camry, and it's never had an issue (aside from those caused by us humans). I think after 2006 they started making lesser quality vehicles.

Mornin'.
This weekend is all about school work. I've got a major program due Sunday, and a test to redo by next week, but I'm working and in training through all the weekdays, so I have to get everything done this weekend.

So I'm working on my program and a bottle of limoncello (store bought, not my own, although definitely the best store bought I've had -- quite close to my own making) right now.

This is a great day - wonderful weather, good food and a lot to do ... all small things, but it still need to be done.
But no school work - that is for tomorrow. ;)

Monday has passed. A good day. But seti@home is acting up again ... I have more than 400 finished WUs to upload - and it does not work well ... :(

Oh, so sorry - this should be NEF. ;) Bad me ... :D

I agree: no break, no spring (yet).
We have had more than 90 days of freezing temperatures ... which is a lot; the last winter which had so long freezing period was 1965/66.

OTOH: I have a very nice cup of tea. :)

Rules of the race:
