So from all of this information and a Democrat controlled Congress, I can assume very soon we will have a President Pence.

Why shouldn't he be in prison? Because despite the left's best efforts people aren't tried and convicted on Twitter, Facebook or as result of a newspaper article. There's still that pesky constitutional right to a fair trial even for people who appear to be caught red handed.

The President is seen to be immune to things which would land anyone else in prison. But don't worry because the Right can't obstruct justice as easily as before. No doubt they'll continue to eschew their responsibility of oversight and removal for any crimes committed, but not so easily and perhaps may be forced to act as the founders intended. Then Trump can stand trial for whatever crimes are discovered.

Or perhaps Trump will void impeachment as he states to do with the 14th, using an EO in a similar way.

Trump is inspiring people across the globe to the same acts, and wars internal and international are no longer in the realm of fantasy. There's still time, but Republicans have picked their side and I don't know if there's a red line at all for them.

Because impeachment is more of a possibility than just about anyone since Nixon. What would you consider impeachment worthy?
I know this is a broad answer and impossible to give an exact answer for so be broad as you want.

Obvious stuff like the President spoke with some Russian spy/ogliarch, statesman about when I need help you breakout this regarding Hillary. The vague part is if the communication went thru his son or someone close enough to the President for it to be believable that they talked about it.
