Why shouldn't he be in prison? Because despite the left's best efforts people aren't tried and convicted on Twitter, Facebook or as result of a newspaper article. There's still that pesky constitutional right to a fair trial even for people who appear to be caught red handed.

The President is seen to be immune to things which would land anyone else in prison. But don't worry because the Right can't obstruct justice as easily as before. No doubt they'll continue to eschew their responsibility of oversight and removal for any crimes committed, but not so easily and perhaps may be forced to act as the founders intended. Then Trump can stand trial for whatever crimes are discovered.

Or perhaps Trump will void impeachment as he states to do with the 14th, using an EO in a similar way.

Do you not know how impeachment works?

Yes, I figure with all of this irrefutable evidence he will be impeached by the house and the senate will not be able to not go along....

I mean after all it is irrefutable right?

I meant to say House of Reps...

Trump has taken the side of tyrants and has the blessings of Republicans and Putin, neo-nazis and others of their ilk. Trump is inspiring people across the globe to the same acts, and wars internal and international are no longer in the realm of fantasy. McConnell will be seen as the next Quisling, or one of them with Graham and others.

There's still time, but Republicans have picked their side and I don't know if there's a red line at all for them.

Seems pretty irrefutable to me, what parts do you think are not?

And of course the Senate won’t go along. They, like you, put party before country.

The only red line for conservatives is if someone agrees with a liberal.

Nothing is irrefutable. Conway said that the image of Acosta and the intern wasn't "doctored" it was just "sped up". The huge crowds at the inaugeration claimes that weren't? Not a lie, they were alternative facts. Shockingly it works for the multitude of minions. So which side will you be on?

I didn't say any of it was or was not true. I figured coming from you it has to be nothing but the irrefutable facts. That is what you always tell me, so it must be true.

I say cast him out and bring on President Pence!

That seems to be the case with the overwhelming number of those who call themselves Conservatives, save a very very few. You might get to see what America "deserves", although I'm not pleased about it.

Pence presents his own problems, but I think he could have managed to not let rain stop him nor would have the same Cheshire Cat smile, the only one, when Putin shows up. Not a great alternative, but bringing down the world doesn't seem his first natural option. Maybe second, but not first.

I'm not pleased about it either. I'm just done trying to save America from themselves. I think Trump has plenty of cards left to play since he has no reservations about how many people he hurts to save himself, and as you have noticed, the GOP has no reservations either.

You guys should be happy, you've got the smoking gun you always wanted, and a democrat controlled house to take him out. He'll be gone in 6 months.

We are. Since you guys were too lazy to remove your trash, well do it for you. It's stinking up the place.

That could be said about the King and his Court in France. I'm not advocating for that approach but looking at history and realizing that certain situations tend to not end well.

Oh I'm not pouting at all. You need to look in a mirror.

I'm looking forward to the Mueller Investigation completing regardless of how it shakes out. If they find enough to impeach and remove Trump from office, do it and proceed on to President Pence.

I mean seriously the Democrats are hell bent to destroy anything and everything to get Trump with facts or lies it doesn't matter. As long as they get him. So I say, fine get him and get it over with. The country can then move along with President Pence. I'm looking forward to it however it comes out.

You’re pouting and making up facts to justify your position again.

What we are talking about here is simply the facts. The problem is that people like you put party before country so the Republicans won’t act on the facts regardless of how damning they are. They will use excuses that are basically identical to what you are saying here.

Pence is human garbage but at least he does not appear to be a criminal. Sadly that seems to be the best we can get right now.

What facts did I make up? Be specific.

Because impeachment is more of a possibility than just about anyone since Nixon. What would you consider impeachment worthy?
I know this is a broad answer and impossible to give an exact answer for so be broad as you want.

Here’s mine:
Obvious stuff like the President spoke with some Russian spy/ogliarch, statesman about when I need help you breakout this regarding Hillary. The vague part is if the communication went thru his son or someone close enough to the President for it to be believable that they talked about it.
Or as above but it involves a money instead like if I become President I’ll roll back this to make life easier for you and you can give $$ to whatever
The President directly and unquestionably ordering someone not to investigate or use federal power to make life miserable for a critic.

You said Democrats would resort to lies to remove Trump from office. There is no evidence of that.

That is the best laugh I have had all day.

I am completely convinced that if they needed to they would lie cheat and steal to get him removed from office. Listen to them rave about the President, it is obvious.

Based on no evidence. Like I said, you’re pouting so in order to justify it you’re making things up.

Conservatives do this a lot, they try and convince themselves everyone else is as unethical as they are.

You being completely convinced of something that hasn't happened doesn't make it a fact you imbecile.
