The racist gerrymander case where the Republicans initially refused to draw the new lines as order by SCOTUS has returned results. Of course, Republicans knew in advance they were suppressing voter political power but when you don't have issues on your side, cheat.

About damn time. Yea this case was geared to be punative against black people.

I’ve compiled list of Trump voters who co
Mittens read fraud. Some voting multiple times but most only got fines and probation. Who says the country isn’t racist?

When the last sentence in my list happens early May I will publish those cases and compare to Crystal Mason

His closed case to budget ratio ain't so great. Could it be a grift?

Texas Republicans accused of intimidation after raiding homes over voter fraud claims | US voting rights | The Guardian

Paxton’s office has operated an entire unit dedicated to prosecuting cases of voter fraud for years. The unit has a budget of millions of dollars, but closes very few cases. In the last fiscal year, for example, it had a budget of $2.3m and handled just four cases.
Paxton and the Texas Republicans are getting tax funded attack ads out of the deal. They don't care if any of the cases are legit.

Voting laws in Florida say if you are convicted in another state you must complete the sentence in that state and be eligible in that state BEFORE voting in Florida. Depending on his sentence in Sept, Trump may not be able to vote in Florida.

So, Republicans are allowed to ignore laws passed by the state legislature?

Law and order my ass!
The argument the AG is making is the law violates the state constitution. In which case yes ignoring the law passed by the legislature would be the correct action as it's an invalid law. That's the argument before the court.

Not allowing ex-felons who have served their time violates the civil rights of every citizen of the US
I fully agree and I think the AG’s argument is probably bullshit. I was just making sure that people didn’t miss what the conflict in law being litigated is.

Republicans at it again with voter intimidation. I hope every gun carrying minority in Arizona shows up next to these brown shirts to watch them. I hope citizens inundate police with claims of voter intimidation.

Well that's mighty white of them. They will be there with Family Guy legal voter identification chart.
