The game looks fun from videos. I'd join you if I had a PS4.
Can we do it online? Super Stardust HD was a lot of fun co op, but extremely confusing, lol.
i game on 140" 1.78 and watch movies on 170" 2.35, there is a major difference between 720p and 1080p. i need 4K resolution. please stop gaming on TVs.
1080p projectors are under $1000 nowadays with zero input lag.

Thanks,

it's coop is online, you get to choose private or public when you hit the option, never gone past that screen though, been playing mainly bf4, maybe i will do some rounds of rezogun tonight
Ah cool. I'll probably be watching the game, but I will try to get on for some Reso tonight or tomorrow.
I know it's totally nerdy, but I kind of love how the voice comes through the controller when the girl is announcing the start of the rounds and whatnot. It's like my crotch is speaking to me. :hmm:

Edit: sweet! FIFA just shipped! :awe:
It is a lot of fun. I played it for an hour before I even realized how long I'd been playing. Felt like ten minutes.
I assumed it was online co-op. Not positive though. If it is I am going to hit up some of you jamokes to play a game or two.

I thought the audio logs in Killzone coming through the controller were a nice touch. Trying to picture a System Shock 2 style game making good use of it.
I'd like to try it, you can add me. It's a very fun but tough game.
Oh yeah I have another question. I know they used to have a section where I could just peruse demos and download whatever was available, but now it looks like I need to look for specific games, click on them, then I will finally be able to see if they have a demo or not. Am I missing something?
It's really annoying. The old way I found all kinds of random games I never would have heard of otherwise.

I think later there will be a demos section. They dont have that many games out now anyway. Right now you just have to search, then click on a game and select download demo.
I just use the boost to get around quickly. If you hit an enemy, it extends your boost kind if like in Super Stardust Delta's Dash mode. It also has a short explosion, which is great for taking out circular packs of enemies.. especially those ones that shoot at you. Those guys seem to take a bit to kill!
I think my best record for humans is 8 on Veteran. There's one human on stage 2 (I think) that I destroy two or so of the keepers and the game just says "Human Lost!" It baffles me every time!
I've tried all three ships now, and I can't recommend the fast one. I love it's speed, but it's attack has a homing component and the normal attack is really weak. That's not a huge deal for the normal stages, but bosses take forever! The other two ships are much better at bosses. The slow one is a little too slow though. If you leave some enemies alive for too long, they get really fast, and the slow one can't outrun them!
Oh, and I really don't like the boost indicator in this game. I've died a few times because I thought I had boost left, but I didn't. :\ In Super Stardust, there's an indicator at the side, which isn't nearly so transparent!
Gamestops PS4 waiting list is up to 2.3million people now since it sold out at launch.

Holy carp! Amazon here says PS4s will be available January 15th.
For some reason I thought there was a lot of stock. Guess I was mistaken.
