I heard an interview with her attorney last week. They aren't playing. Had a long list of things wrong with each of the issues that they were allegedly (at the time) looking into her for.

I think the AG took their tort warning and doubled down with really crummy hand.

Kansas had abortion rights in their constitution. Republicans now want to put on the ballot removal of those protections. The wording is a little vague and that can always cause skewed results. It will be interesting if the voters want to keep abortion legal in their state what if other states where abortion is just been made illegal put referendum on the ballots in the fall.

But why would a doctor not do what might be technically legal, like save a mom's life before she is in the ICU?
