Kinda like the Trump getting on the ballot in Colorado after the Constitution says if you aid and abet an insurrection you don't get on the ballot and the Colorado SC validated.
 
Remember that they're not against more babies. Hell, they're all for more babies, so supporting IVF is nothing to them. Once the little bastards leave the womb, screw their greedy little selves. Those bastards need to start tending the fields and being good little slaves to their corporate overlords.

I saw this story in ProPublica (https://www.propublica.org/article/georgia-abortion-ban-amber-thurman-death) - expect to see another article or two in the coming weeks from them on this topic. Absolutely atrocious that freedom-hating Republicans have decided that they should step in between a pregnant person and their physicians.

Prediction: Republicans will try to weasel out of this by blaming the doctors. They will say we have life of the mother exceptions. Problem with this is doctors are forced to wait until a person's life is in danger to start treatment and many times that is too late.

"Pro-life" ghouls love the ambiguous language of those laws because many doctors will just not participate because of fears of criminal charges (and that their institutions won't back them up). And "life of the mother" is not great, because it doesn't account for their health. People end up having to be teetering unnecessarily on death's door for doctors to take action.

These bans are just cruel, and that really seems to be the point.
