I think Charles is going to be re-located within the company. Michael was just cutting him off b/c he was in his territory and he could tell him to leave just like Charles did to him earlier when the tables were turned.

I always like that although Michael is a huge dumbass and a terrible boss its revealed that he actually has this bizarre talent for sales hidden away. I kind of buy it as the Peter Principle thing. I also like how they show his sales skills from time to time. It was pretty funny when he was explaining how his color coded words in the rolodex meant do not mention and there was Dwight asking about the client's homosexual son.
