The ending with the cheese ball mouth stuffing competition was something we all wish for to happen at our office. Amirite? 😛

I dunno, I still like this show.

I always like that although Michael is a huge dumbass and a terrible boss its revealed that he actually has this bizarre talent for sales hidden away. I kind of buy it as the Peter Principle thing. He was awesome as a salesmen so he was promoted to regional manager, where he kind of stinks. Now with his own paper company he's down in the trenches again.

Better than the last few, but that prank Jim pulled on Andy was just lame.

Agreed on both counts. Tonights episode was pretty funny, but the Jim/Andy side-story was stupid.

This.

Ya, it seems like about once or twice a season, they show how Michael is a fantastic salesman. When he isn't selling is when he's bored and acting completely stupid, which is 99% of the time.

Both eps were outshined by Parks & Rec. That's going to be a winner.

Was it funny? I refused to watch because it has that indian dude that was in Scrubs - he pissed me off and I don't really want to watch anything with him in it.

no way...P&R was awful. I didn't laugh or crack a smile once.

That show was hard to watch. So poorly written and not remotely funny.

Then again, I said the same thing about the office when I first watched it. I would suspect Jim gets canned and goes over to MSPC and together they thrive causing DM to buy them out and put Michael back in charge.

I like that they added to the intro credits. Nice to see the creators go that little extra further.

That's exactly what I thought too about Jim being fired and DM buying out MSPC.

i think even though michael is an idiot, the employees under him do very well for whatever reason. they all seem to hate charles (except kelly and angela, and now dwight) and i don't think they will do well. DM might ask michael to come back or something.

I also like how they show his sales skills from time to time. It was pretty funny when he was explaining how his color coded words in the rolodex meant do not mention and there was Dwight asking about the client's homosexual son.

Ya, tonight's episode was much better than recent episodes. All is right with the world again. Dwight has finally been seen as the scum, Jim stepped up BIG time in making things happen (especially with his diversion in the lunchroom with Dwight), we have a new dynamic with Pam being a saleswoman, and we have a new hot chick at receptionist to look at for a while.

I didn't understand one thing though...did Charles get fired? David said no to his firing, but then Michael said something to the effect of "you're done" to him at the end, and telling him to get out, to which he said nothing.

Tonight's episode was pleasantly good 🙂

I must agree. When it comes down to it... Michael is a good business man. Just when you think he's going to fuck up again, he pulls something out of his hat and does something brilliant.

Pam getting a sales position was perfect and Ryan, even if he had killed his whole family, getting rehired is going to be interesting too.

Seeing how Michael will treat Dwight now after all of his backstabbing with be a nice twist.

I think Charles is going to be re-located within the company. Michael was just cutting him off b/c he was in his territory and he could tell him to leave just like Charles did to him earlier when the tables were turned.

Green means "Go ahead and don't talk about that." and Orange means "Orange you glad you didn't say that."
