Other than a single rumor monger spreading FUD I have not heard of ANY issues with our PSUs and current ASUS MOBOs. It could be your case switch. I suggest you open the case and remove the lead to the case switch and try shorting those 2 pins manually instead of with the switch to see if the problem persists. You can use a screwdriver or a HD jumper block.

YB - will do. A simple case switch is always preferable to doing something with the mobo or PSU. Hopefully Antec will be able to send me just the switch.
