But big difference in procedure involved. Like how Trump was never vetted, POTUS is decided by the people. Yes technically the EC. So it’s up to them decide how ethically corrupt the candidate can be.

Ford was hoping her allegation was enough to persuade the senate committee to reject his nomination.

Creepy Joe vs inept one is up to the voters. Not whether dems are being too faced.

I mostly disagree with him, but at least he addresses the issue without throwing Reade under the bus of Rape Apologist talking points. The current situation is largely the Media's fault, they refused to address it until Biden was the last one standing. Now it has blown up and Biden and the Democratic Party is saddled with dealing with this. If it was brought out when it first appeared, this fiasco could have been resolved by now.

The media looked at her complaint and determined it was not credible. It turns out they were right and she’s a grifter. You should be congratulating them for doing a good job.

Also it appears there are now even more cases where Reade has accused former employers of misconduct, now including a racial discrimination charge against the YWCA that was dismissed. At this point I think we should probably try and tally the former employers that Reade has NOT accused of wrongdoing.

How is this the media's fault? Did they wait until Biden was the nominee to come forward? Nope that's all on Tara. She could've come forward early in the primary with this allegation. That's the whole reason she looks suspicious in her timing.

Her challenge is legitimate. She is not the one facing accusations. When asked if she would go under oath, she did not hesitate.

Under the standard Joe Biden supported during the Kavanaugh hearings, Reade is entitled to an independent investigation. There is enough corroborating evidence.

Under the standard Joe Biden is advocating for college campuses, as a student he would most likely be expelled in the face of these accusations.

She came forward 2 weeks before Sanders dropped out. It wasn't until April 12, 4 days after Sanders dropped out, that the New York Times covered the story. NYT was also the first MSM other than Fox to have mentioned the Story up to that time.

Yes battered spouses will not reveal the full extent of the sexual abuse. And many will defend their abuser. But who sees Reade as a battered spouse? What’s the logical or practical reason for not telling full story from the beginning? Answer, there isn’t one.

Barr sent a message loud and clear this week that it's OK to lie under oath if it helps Trump. She noped out of the polygraph in a hurry though. Dr. Ford took one willingly and passed.

There seems to have been multiple employees making a complaint there. It doesn't appear to be damning at all.
