At least I've heard of all of them before. I don't have a TV (or any free time 🙁), so Its hard to watch them. I have actually been trying to watch alot of the more critically acclaimed movies recently, but there are so many good movies out there and I can watch maybe one a month.

 
I saw Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Shawshank, and (unfortunately) Pulp Fiction. I fail to see what made that a tolerable movie, much less one of their "top 20."

I did that twice... with two different girls.. I did manage to watch it on the third try. It's not really your classic make-out movie, either.

For anyone that hasn't seen The Seven Samurai, just watch The Magnificent Seven instead. Despite the ramblings of pretentious film school snobs The Seven Samurai is overlong and tends to ramble. It's a brilliantly made film, but you really have to watch is carefully to appreciate it. The Magnificent Seven is more of a real guy movie, you don't have to have a film degree to enjoy.
