From what I can tell he's saying that the "Russia" investigation isn't an investigation into Trump's ties with Russia. But a wider investigation into how they tried to influence the election which includes what you quoted in red earlier.

Gotcha. You're not really sure what he is saying, but are trying to argue with me about what he is saying? Totally reasonable given whom I'm talking to... The ridiculousness of that is only compounded by the fact that what you think he is saying makes 0 sense. Btw, I think you should google the meaning of the word "includes".
