I'd say two and three. Should be fun to watch some more rationalization by the "intestinal fortitude" challenged, though.

they forgot the war on terror was not just against al queda, but any organization or state that sponsored terrorism. iraq was one of those states. i am amazed that with the discovery of all the mass graves these people seemingly so obcessed with "human rights" never batted an eye, they just kept right on bitching about no WMD found...as if it mattered, because as soon as any "smoking gun" that they cannot minimalize is found the libs will be yelling "planted eveidence!" they know this, we know this...it is all about politics. saddam being a rutheless dictator, a murderer of 2 million people has been made a non-issue all in the name of "human rights".

they also forget the UN route in the middle east was tried before and failed(as usual) the UN is only useful(or even competent) in the fantasies of internationalists who wish for a one world socialist government.(but of course that is not "imperialism" on their part..of course not!)

How many millions of people did your presidents kill all over the world for the past two centuries in the name of freedom?
Vietnam, Korea, Cambodia, Indonesia, Guatemala,...
How many dictators receive the help of the CIA and the Pentagon?

We knew about his crimes in the 1980s and the 1990s, and it did not bother us then. What's different now?

The stated justification for the invasion of Iraq was that his state was a sponsor of asymmetric warfare and that he had WMDs. Seeing as how little evidence of either was found, this was a lie made by our leaders, and they should be held accountable.

what is different now? clinton is gone. as i recal in the very late 80's though there was a little altercation called "desert storm" for some reason...

actually much evidence has been found, but has been minimalized for political puposes...sure sodium cyanide and the ingrediants for various nerve gasses and mustard gas "could be used for legitmate research" but many of us know that substances found in the posesion of known terorists and in a military wepaons storage depot are not going to be used for "legitimate research"....

the fact saddam gave first $10,000 then $25,000 to the family of each suicide bomber is well known...hell he ADVERTISED it...but again the lib spinmeisters tried to cal it "humanitarian aid"

ROFL!! the sheer imbecility of the left is astounding in scope!

We clashed in Desert Storm because he invaded his neighbor; we also failed to remove him from power.

How much evidence has been found? Care to point it out, or has the liberal media conspiracy gotten to Fox News too?

IIRC he only gave money to the Palestinian suicide bombers - that's horrible, but that's not our issue at the moment. AFAIK it was Al Queda, not the PLF or any other Palestinian organization. If Israel wishes to deal with him that would have been their prerogative, but not ours.

By most of my posts, Shadohawk, I would have imagined that you would've been able to figure out that I'm not a liberal and I'm not a Democrat. If slinging mindless insults makes you feel more secure about yourself, more power to you.

I wouldn't fight in Shrub's war anywhere in the world unless there was a WMD attack on US soil. Until that happens I'd burn my draft card if I ever got one.

And I'm -7 in both eyes so I don't think I have much to worry about anyways. And to the guy that said 'nationalism is dead,' i simply refer to you a quote a friend of mine has on his bumper sticker: "Patriotism is not nationalism." But I think Bush would admit defeat before reinstating a draft, even in the second term, as it would be political suicide for the GOP.

We seem to be a bit more interesested in how our former liberal government managed to hand out hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars to government friendly corporations during the past 6-7 years. Mind you, they did all this while presiding over record surpluses and while maintaining a kick-ass economy. Makes one wonder what the f@ck Dubya, the local village idiot, must be doing down south to record such record deficits..

Well, you asked.. ;)
