LOL. That's different. Sort of an intentional, "life imitates art"?
I figured people would create the Tide Pod Part: 2 challenge by now. It's a whole thing that's been going around the internet the last week and a bit. I think it was started by a museum. Basically make your own meme with art. Kinda cool.
I clicked the link and there was no shameless plug. I'm disappointed, I expected some new kind of porn. We've been working our asses off. Since the State of Illinois made us close our doors for walk in retail we've been working almost around the clock to get our online store up and going for curbside pickup. Over the last 5 days our sales have outpaced 2019's sales. It has been truly incredible.

Assembled the dust collector I got last week. I might end up wall-mounting it to save space, and I need to buy a garbage can so I can turn it into a two-stage system (it came with a separator lid). I will eventually upgrade to a Wynn filter.
Now I just need to install a subpanel in the garage, and add some 240V outlets, so I can power it up...

I would "like" to have a clean space but that ain't me. Start a project, eff everything up, clean after. And I'm in the 80 y.o. garage. Have no intention of conditioning it.Assembled the dust collector I got last week. You missed the Tetris championships?Today was my most worthless day in quarantine. I sat on the couch doing nothing today watching stupid shows on the ID channel most of the day. The only productive thing I did was put a crib together for our son who is due in August. But it wasn't even from scratch, I just had to attach like 5 larger pieces since I had taken it apart from my first born son growing out of it.
Other than that though? Didn't do a damn thing.
Just for youBeen doing tons of reading on various things, like this for example. I love this stuff as i have been coming out as pagan to my friends and i get that one friend who thinks i am into satanism cause i want a pentacle instead of a pentagram. This article sums up how absent minded people can be and how ignorant. Knowledge is the best gift in the world, think how many celebrate pagan holidays like Easter/Xmas.

Doing research on so much mainly ancient text, i find it fascinating to actually learn new stuff. Make it a goal to learn something new daily. No matter how insignificant it could be. The pentacle history was the best read in prob over a week for me.

I can't wait to do my garage. Built my shed a few years ago so I can move everything out of the garage since the garage was basically a shed. Got the floor redone last year but it was late by the time the concrete guy came so it was too cold to epoxy. Going to do that this summer. Then I can start on insulating and overall just finishing it. Need to run electrical etc as I only have a 15 amp circuit going there.
Been a long time that I want a proper shop to work in, and organize all my tools, so it will be nice to have a designated spot to work on projects. I sometimes do it in the basement but that dust is not great to have in the house. My only complaint it's that it's so small so don't really have room for big tools or big projects. Just maneuvering a 4x8 sheet of plywood in there is tricky. Eventually want to buy land so I can build a huge garage. Would be great to be able to get into working on cars too.
Took out the old fireplace chimney though, that bought me a couple extra square feet of space, just a big block left over at the floor but workbench will be over all that anyway.
My crappy masonry job to fill in the hole:
New floor:
Looks big there but add a work bench and tool shelves etc and it does not take long to feel clusterphobic in there. At least it's no longer used for storage though so that will free up lot of room.
