"The Boss

As a floor supervisor, I have fifteen people that I manage and work alongside on a daily basis on different types of projects. We had been sent a new "strategy manager" to
oversee our department - meaning that I had a new Boss.

The Boss had been at our department for a week, when I received a call for a meeting. I left the floor, my brow dripping with sweat, wondering what could this be
about. We have an informal office, so I walked up to the Bosses door and knocked - and the Boss called for me to come in.

I opened the door and stepped inside.

"Close the door, please." said the Boss. And close the door I did. I turned to face the Boss and she was sitting at her desk, head down, reading some report.

She looked up at me, her blue eyes glittering like a lighthouse across a blissful ocean. She licked at her lipstick red bee-stung lips, then smiled....

"I'm so glad... you could come..." she whispered in a hot breathy voice.

"It would be... hard... not to..." I said and walked over to her desk. "How can I help?"

"I have a problem - a wet, hot, problem..." she purred and she reached for her hairpin, removing it, to allow her long dark hair to fall to her shoulders. Her 38-DD bosoms were
heaving as she panted, slow and sweet.

She stood from the desk and pointed at her coat.

"Look," she said. "I've spilled coffee all over my nice new coat." She peeled back of the fabric to allow me to see the frilly undergarment she wore - the smooth lines of the lace were lightly coffee stained.

"and look - it's stained my blouse as well...." She took my hand and guided it toward her body. "Would you please, help me... take it off?"

OK, so I heard about this on the radio and then went to find it. It's a bit intriguing on some levels and I found myself nodding on more than one occasion when reading it. I noticed myself doing that and thought - what would others do? nod? shake their head? Why?

So I sent it to a couple friends of mine and told them to read it and then let me know when they were finished. Once each was done, I asked them to think back to whether they were nodding, shaking, or whatever.
I wasn't shocked with the results as you could imagine...

Here is the "letter" from your boss.

LOL, even your introduction sounds canned, brain dead and insufferably stupid.

If there was ever any doubt, now we all know:

YOU ARE LAME.

 whatever. You will believe whatever your little head concocts as usual. The fact is, I wrote all that was before the quote and it did very much happen.

Obviously this "letter" is fictional but it seems typical for you on the left to dismiss it without even attempting to consider the notions it's pondering. You come in here whining about "emails"(I did not get it from there) or some other such nonsense without even attempting to address the issue. Others of you post some inane "wahhh" garbage which shows you didn't even read it or attempt to understand it. There was no whining - it was stating facts that many small business owners deal with. But meh, I expected such spewage from you types anyway - it's what you do best...

Whether or not its fake it pretty much sums up my views on the subject. Whats the point of working hard if you are punished for it?

Good points. Sad most of ATPN is a bunch of whinny idealist idiots who feel the world owes them a living and have been born and raised in a society of materialism and squander never having to critically think about what would happen if god forbid the idea of "give everything to the young" evaporated.

I am thankfull for my boss for making some cuts in order to keep our jobs and repay that thanks with ensuring that I work beyond what I need too so that his business stays profitable, even with this knowledge I know there is a good chance he will just say fuck it, pack up and leave. Who do you think I am going to be angry at? My boss for deciding not to work anymore or the government who regulated him out of business. If any of you little shits actually made friends with people who were somewhat succesfull in life and didn't live handout to handout you would be amazed at the complexity involved in just the regulations that government puts on business and astounded anyone has a job with the way the government treats its business.

Grats, you can make assumptions that are even more idiotic than that contained in a chain e-mail. Thank God the 99% of us lazy leeches can rely on you hard-working 1-percenters to put food in our mouths.

One of the abilities one should strive for in life is the ability to look at a declaration and decide if it applies to you or not. If not just move on idiot. Jesus, if it applies to you, guess what I am speaking to you, if it doesn't, it doesn't. What is your problem? Christ you people are annoying.

The letter isn't dismissed because it's fictional, it's dismissed because of the ridiculous caricatures it paints and the dishonest framing is presents.

Oh, and it was definitely whining.

Jesus, grow up.

All those "needless regulations" pale in comparison with the daily struggles the poor face in just putting food on the table.

I am convinced the main reason behind disparity of income in America is intelligence. What we do as a society, if anything, to change this situation is a good question. Should the smart/rich kill/eat the dumb/poor?

Here's the problem... the letter was originallly presented as a real situation, or a situation that could happen. I dont buy that. I don't believe a single small business owner is in the position where it makes more sense to close up shop than deal with a couple percentage tax increase. If you're at a profit level where your taxes are going up, then you're very well off and couldn't possibly be stupid and petty enough to shut down over a return to the Clinton taxation level. If you're barely squeezing a profit, your taxes won't be going up, so again there's no reason to bitch. Show me a real person with real finances that we can analyze who's going to close shop.

The only thing real about this letter are that there are business owners who think they pay too much in taxes, and there are people in all economic classes who believe that the poor are leeching off them. This is a standard argument, complete with the welfare queen legend to really get your blood flowing. If you or anyone just started a thread bitching about how the poor people are taking your hard earned tax dollars, your whining would be ignored. Why is it significant that somebody created a fake character and then did the whining in his voice instead?

Once you acknowledge that the forward is fake, why not just cut out the middleman and do your whining first-person?

Situations they find themselves in because of choices they made in life. No one *kept them down*, they are either lazy or didn't rise above whatever challenges life threw at them. The people owning businesses did and due to this, if they turn around and provide jobs for 10-15 people who didn't they are not the *bad people*.

I'm not sure why anyone wants to live in a society ruled by the lazy, dumb apathetic people. It sure doesn't sound like utopia to me.

I can easily handle criticisms I find it annoying you attempt to partake in this discussion with such a pathetic ability of thought that they only thing you can truly comment on is some perceived injustice done to a group you supposedly do not belong too.
