We've had a few members with lag problems lately too. I think the problem is related to people in the northeast/NY area. I heard that there were multiple dozen+ page posts on the blizzard forums regarding the issue, and that they said it wasn't one particular ISP's fault so they were having trouble tracking the issue down.

HMMMMMM -- I ahve seen it, at one time, blizz made a post about AT & T's hops being messed up, but they were on that within 2-3 hours of the issue. So-the fact they cannot pin point the lag issue, kind of sucks!

My Worthless Time in WoW Update: I started doing Borelies again. Want to actually achieve epic mountness on all of my characters before the expansion hits. I'm also trying to gear up my shaman. My goal also with the Borelies is to get SSO rep so I can pick up the Necklace. With him being a Draenei, it's natural to pick Aldor and the Aldor bonus is COH: +200 AP/ 2s. I finished my blessings deck. It cost me a pretty penny but it's pretty darned sweet and Shamans really whip up that multiplier fast.
I also went into MgT finally on my Shaman and eventually gave up on him being in there on the last pull before Kael. I brought in my mage to help handle it (we had 1 CC until I brought him in) and we smoked that. I tried to damage Kael during gravity lapse on shaman. Bad idea... orb damage is closer than I remembered haha. The druid didn't listen to me and put out HoTs when he was at 55% though.
I'm thinking about changing my Paladin to holy because of how much I hate Paladin tanking (snooze-fest). I went and poked around for good healing gear and there's practically no healing plate! There's no D3 healing plate set so to get any, I'd have to drop down to leather gear. There are only 4 pieces of blue healing plate 68-70 and 2 are in Magister's Terrace.

Anyhow I pugged with some people for sunwell trash and a ridiculous amount of epic loot dropped in the span of an hour

AHHHHHH. Another Gorefiend attempt failed due to one or two people being unable to control their constructs. What the eff man. At least some calling out started to spill over into private class channels. Hopefully if it continues it will spill over into vent....
Looks like our guild is on hold for the moment, till July. The guild master, (my fiance's brother) is staying at our place so I think the guild is just running 10mans. Maybe we'll do a raid while he is here, but there has been so much drama in our guild. 3 people have been booted so far, and this, during a big recruitment phase.
On a side note, S4 looks awesome, but ill never get it. I'm still pretty new to arena with my 30 resiliance rating, however, I'll be picking up my S3 helm in 2 weeks, and my S2 offhand when S2 moves for honor.
I really want to get back into BT, but we'll see. Our guild is going to have the same issue with Gorefiend, a lot of people not aware of whats going on. This is evident from when it took us over 2 months to down Lurker.... (changed GMs around that time too, but still), and wiping on hydross because people cant remember to move when people yell at them that they are standing on the wrong side....
oh well, I guess every guild has em.

No seriously, the sim is good to learn what to do conceptually which is a fine start and will save your raid from wiping so much. Nothing compares to the actual experience though of course.

w00t T5 shoulders last night as a PUGger rogue in some guild run and I topped the dmg meter even though I ran out on every pound. My first actual T5 piece outside badges. I obviously need a better guild but have trouble leaving good people. I'm addicted again... must get gear.
Anyone worried that their raiders are going to switch to PVP for S4 instead of continuing progression?
no because 1/2 our raiders allready PVP on high rated teams on their mains or alts
and the other 1/2 does not give a fuck about pvp
We expect all of our raiders to continue raiding. If they stop raiding to do PvP then they will probably be lectured by the officers. If the problem continues then we will replace them. Considering we only raid twice a week and gold is a dime a dozen for respecs I don't think this is too harsh.

Most people raiding t6 / sunwell are bright enough to see arenas for what they are; free epics to keep the baddies playing WoW instead of switching to War / AoC. We lose people here & there to RL and to burnout, but that's to be expected. Not to PvP, at least not the joke Blizzard has turned it into.

29agi or 25 hit? (badge ring vs. kara exalted ring)
spreadsheet says badge ring by 5dps (which is a lot as far as upgrades go). But dropping to 280 hit seems like it would hurt. Does the agi really make up that much for it or is it the armor ignore, which I thought is minor unless you have t6.
What's more, I add back other gear with hit to compensate (xavian stiletto thrown instead of sunfury bow that has more AP) and that hit still doesn't increase my dps. I guess it's not a hardened rule like spell hit > * ... as far as melee hit rating.

Not much to be honest. Although they are equivalent to SWP gear, and the weapons are almost equivalent to warglaives without the bonus. The S4 2handers better than everything besides KJ's 2-hander sword.
