It's garbage because it's CoD killstreak style deathmatch stuff. Also, putting that aside, it's a Robin Hood thing designed to unfairly get someone killed early who's playing well.

It's funny. Admins adopted carebear things like uncap rules so they officialized it for BF3 with the out of bounds. But I bet that if admins were to do the opposite and try to stop the use of such carebear things, EA would actually shut their server down.

I don't see a problem with it, just something the commander can do, its not going to be something up all the time.
 
Anyone else unable to complete the installation? I am in an endless loop where when I press Install, it does something for a few seconds, and then it takes me back to the "ready to install" state.
I remember BF3 has the same problem, only there it was fixable with adding "InstallDir" registry key.
