Hey if you don't like it, don't post in the thread! No one asked for your opinion!

Now have a  and let's watch Smallville!

"what was that you saying black" "keep your prejudgice(sp?) out of this"

I hate it when people take your words and make it sound like you are a racist. I guess that woman doesn't know what "Pot calling the Kettle Black" is in refrence that You are calling someone out on something you do your self.

I really can't wait till the woman have to go up against the board.

On the other hand. The only reason the guy who controlled the scenario(don't know his name but choose nick and sam to goto the board) only choose nick so it would be a lock for sam getting kicked out. Haha backfired. I think that Trump saw right through that.

And Sam falling asleep had no way in effect be the reason the team failed.Another thing a manager who saw someone sleeping wouldn't just let them sleep like that.

I thought the girls Commerical Sucked ass. The mail outs were decent. But what buisness man is going to look at ads in the mail and go. oooh yes that what I need a jet. Especially since i think typical buisness man isn't the one who goes through the house mail.

Oh please... Trump didn't fire that weasel Sam because he brings in the ratings.

It's a reality show underneath it all. Same with the black woman.

I never usually knock reality shows and since you guys made it seem like this one was worthy of *your* approval... I made it a point to catch it last night... and I was disappointed that it didn't much appear above others. I have no problem with entertaining shows... and this is just another one of them.

I think Sam was the best choice, and I agree with what the woman said, I wonder how the guys will do now that Sam is gone. Next week looks to be interesting, too, because of apparently devious tactics and the women not playing "business-like".

Great show, keep 'em coming.

I don't know if I am going to bother watching now that they fired sam, sure I didn't think he was any good but IMHO he was one of if not the only interesting chararcter on the show, the women complain to much and the other guys seem boring...oh well back to videogames.

If what I think happens next week, happens, I think both teams really need a talking to. And both team leaders need to be fired. The guys should get into trouble for the stunt they pull/try to pull, and it appears the women exec chews out the women.

Then again I expected Sam to lead the guys to a win.

It seems like in this episode, the guys lost because they played like true businessmen in securing a deal. They negotiated the best they could.

The women, on the other hand, continued to act like kids, dancing in the jewelry store and bitching beyond belief. I saw no true business negotiation, and dancing around is not going to help much in securing a business deal when working for trump (unless the women continue to use their bodies).

The ends do not justify the means. In this game the means should be more important than the end.

The woman that was last weeks team leader, and also bought the golf club for cost + 10% was the only one that truely negotiated. And to me it looks like the guys didnt really try to negotiate, but thats probably just a result of editing.

You are right, the golf club was a true negotiation, and probably the best one of them all. I'm sure the editing had a big part to play in not showing the guys negotiating. What happened to the squid anyway?

Yeah but in most cases the women were buying from men who were more likely to deal with them since they were women, especially in the case of the golf clubs as if the guy had said I would give you cost plus 10% they would have gotten thrown out of there....the worst example was the leg wax, of course the woman could get it cheaper since she already shaved her legs wereas with the guys it is alot messier and more work so they deserve to be compensated....

the only one that was fair to the men so far was the airplane card but their team lead screwed that up by not talking to the prez of the company and getting direction.

What really hurt the guys is that they got address for some upscale places.

Such as the leg wax, the went to a spa rather than a small place on the street, which is what the girls did.
They had a much harder time negotiating with spa rather than a small business.

Again, the ladies went to some seamingly small, single store for the golf club.

While the men went to an upscale, franchise looking place.

I was waiting for the squid, too :D.

Why did we have to watch both of them get their legs waxed? That's just ridiculous. I wanted to see more negotiation, too. Obviously, some of those dudes knew what they were doing - why didn't we get to see it? I disagree about women being better negotiators when dealing with men - sure, sometimes it works to pull the "hot chick" trick, or (the one I use) the "helpless female", but men dealing with men can have the "hey dude, let's work together on this, man to man" angle. I don't think female vs male was the deciding factor here - but I really wanted to see the teams at work to find out what the difference was.

I won't miss Sam, he was boring - not businesslike at all. I mean, they had a deadline and he was just prancing around, not trying. Silly.

The sudden niceness-and-popularity of the black woman, I forget her name, was suspicious. Were the TV dudes hyping that up for ratings, or what? I was impressed with her as an achiever, and I thought she was absolutely right about being a good businessperson rather than being friends. The other woman was going nuts about "right behavior", but we've been watching them flaunt their skimpy clothes for lemonade, airplane testicles, and so on - what's the real deal?

I'm hooked on the show, as you can tell. Wonder where they'll go with it?

What I'm wondering is whether or not Trump has banged the woman exec. :)

I think some of the items they could get way below MSRP without negotiation at all

you just have to shop around

they had to realize what items trying to wheel and deal isnt worth it more like the gold and squid they should just buy it and get out of the way

the other people should just call all of these places and see where the item sold at the best price like the golf clubs, camera, leg wax.

I will guarantee that leg wax is not a standard $80 everywhere they probably got one for $30 and even negotiated on top of that

Negotiation IMO was not the deciding factor it was where to shop was a much bigger factor the men went to the spa as mentioned earlier and a

big chain store for the clubs where the person that worked there probably did not have much discretion to make a deal probably

Obviously none of the contestants knew about ATHD, otherwise, they would've gotten everything for free AR PM.

they only had til 5pm that day.

the only good negotiation of the day was the golf club. the girls were really whiny at the jewelry store and the boys were wasting time everywhere they went. along with making really bad choices with the stores they targeted.

i really could see that today was going to be sam's downfall. he spent too much time speaking in football terms and not enough in negotiation terms.
