I actually knew Bill was gonna win but he really is a a$$shole who can never admitt when he is wrong. He was obviosly frazzled during the Golf outing yet he says he has to disagree with Carolyn and The Don. And judging between the 2 tasks the Jessica concert was the much harder task imho. O well I bet Kwami will get a job making more than Bill in less than a month.

He wasn't wrong to be hyper active, stressed, and micro-managing. To me, it's a managers to be like that. If not, it doesn't project a calm, collected person, but someone who is a slacker...like quamy. Bill did his thing, he turned a disaster into gold...when the Marquee jet card was thrown out(probably by Amy the mole). He went to the dumpster and searched/found it himself. When you're a manager, you have to be able to assess when certain situations are emergencies and be able to react your self by rolling up the sleeves. No, you don't do everything yourself, no one can, but when sh1t hits the fan, you'd better be there overseeing, and something taking care of things yourself. If quamy was put in that situation...which he was with Jessica missing, all he did was stand there and get yelled at by trump. He took no action...slacker!

What did you expect Kwame to do when Jessica was missing? All he he could do was contact Omarosa on the radio since she was with Jessica ... there's no point in him going all around looking for Jessica esp. with Trump on your side.

I fail to see how ANYONE who saw the show will hire Omarosa ever again! She can't do anything right!

Remember the episode where Kristi got fired? They lost some money at the flee market, and Omarosa claimed she gave the money to Kristi and she lost it... Probably Omarosa lied about that one too!

The whole time I was watching the show and even the week before the finale I was thinking "Fire that Omarosa bitch".
Had I been in that position that is exactly what I would have done. Donald even stressed that he would have fired her on the spot. I believe we would have been looking at Kwame at the end had he fired her.

Kwame covered his ass saying that he couldn't afford to lose a member of his team, and that he didn't know he had the option. In the end not affording it cost him everything.

well, he put troy in the mix when he made heidi in charge of the meet and greet autograph signing session....why didn't he do the same when he found out about trump wanting to see jessica. The least he could've done was to say, "troy, stick with jessica and make sure she doesn't leave". But troy left them, therefore allowing O. to steal Jessica away. Not to mention the fact that big O. completely screwed up the transportation and someone screwed up the breakfast. Again, quamy wasn't on top of that. He's too laid back and expects everyone to do their assigned work, but as a manager, ya have to micro manage sometimes to make sure everything gets done. If he had followed up with the transportation director by calling her to ask if everything was good, then he would've found out big O. was lying to him sooner. Same thing with breakfast. Just call the caterer and see if everything was prepared...did he? no, he's got such a big head from slacking so much that he works more on a snobby executive level, but he covers that by saying he doesn't micromanage.

If you have passion for your job, you micro-manage, ya follow through. Otherwise, ya just don't care. This was simply the case with quamy, he slacked too much. Maybe he thought he was a real ceo and grew a big head thinking that when he said something his employee will do it. That's just wrong, trump saw through that and he doesn't want someone to sit back and direct traffic. trump wants someone who will roll up the sleeves and get their hands dirty..like Bill. Yes, Bill is a Tool, but you know what? People hire tools for a reason, they're easy to mold.

Quamy has a mentality that if it's not his job, he won't do it. Throughout the competition, you keep hearing quamy saying "I'm not going to micro-manage, I'm not going to do someone else's job." Yes, in the perfect world, everyone does what they're told. However we live in the real world, not everyone is going to do what they're told. Therefore, following up and taking matters into your own hands is the only way to ensure the job gets done. Do you think trump wants someone who is a little hyper active, but gets the job done? Or, do you think he wants to hire an Ivy league snob who likes to sit on his hands and do nothing? If I was the boss, I want someone who is willing to get their hands dirty..otherwise why am I paying this person. If all to managing is to barking orders and expecting results...then the boss can do that job, why hire someone under you to bark orders? Trump doesn't want someone under him to bark orders at others, he wants a worker bee in charge, but with solid managing skills. That is bill, quamy is a snob slacker. I'm sure quamys managings skills will serve other companies better, just not trumps group.

Quamy is talented, I saw that when he relieved the tention between heidi and the meet and greet people. I think even George was impressed with how he handled that situation, however that only happened when heidi seeked his help. If omarosa was in charge of setting up the meet and gett, do you think big O. would've done the same thing? No, she would've let it alone, and quamy would've thought the meet and greet was setup and ready to go. Again, showing us how much of a slacker is really is. Hope he doesn't slack at KFC ;)

Throughout the series my girlfriend and I kept thinking that Carolyn Kepcher looked familiar. She looked like someone we knew but we couldn't remember.

Last night Mr. Trump referred to her as my lady Di. Then it suddenly hit me! She resembles the late Princess Diana.

I felt a strange feeling while thinking about how your boss can compare you to someone who is dead.

Yeah, it looked as if she was a little uncomfortable/embarassed about that. Just something about the way he said it was creepy to me, not to mention the laughter it generated.

I liked that it showed more personality for both Carolyn and George in the episode. Carolyn especially came off as very flat and icy before last night, but she got to show some other aspects of herself and it was refreshing.

That sounds like it could go either way -- watching interview after interview would be dry, but I'm sure they get some winners that apply. American Idol has the advantage of an easily digestible audition. It's one thing to hear a mangled song, quite another to hear someone hem-hawing about where they see themselves in 10 years (witness Amy's interview from last week's episode).

I think it will be interesting... definitely show ppl what NOT to do in interviews...

Maybe what you suggest would be ok for a game show like this, but in real life it will get you a bunch of pissed off employees who will just let you do all the work yourself from then on. If my boss persisted in calling people I worked with to check on my assignments I would quit pretty fast.

You guys sure talk highly of this show with all the crap/backstabbing/shenanigans that goes on. I don't have a problem with the show itself, but I don't get why the general population chooses not to rail on this one vs. all the other "unscripted dramas"..

One thing I can't stand is "The Donald" (oh god how I detest that term). He's the man as far as success.. and that's great for him... but the things he does - talking down to people... the things he says.. the way he subtexts his properties with "the best..." is just a little too egocentric for me. I can only stand so many times watching the same guy on tv praising himself.

I'm surprised I'm the only one to voice this opinion of a man who's so much the center of attention. You guys and the rest of the media refer to "The Donald" as if he's the messiah... it's sickening.

I hope Bill sits in his chair one day... at least he's a modest millionaire.

So who's up for another season of the Apprentice? I'm gonna watch tonight but after watching the preview, not having high hopes that this season will be better than the first. Hope they have some babes that are at least as hot looking as Ereka.
