there are risks and there are risks. What he did was stupid; just because you are in new york doesn't mean you spend twenty minutes of your precious time with a random guy on the street. There was nothing about that guy that would qualify him to be a rich man who would be able to pay $1000 dollars for a glass of lemonade. I think Sam is a loose canon and though he may have passion he doesn't know who to direct it properly. You have to have passion and the intelligence to direct the passion in a direction that would work. Heck, I can go to a casino right now and blow of five thousand dollar gambling and say I was taking a risk. What are the chances of me winning anything, pretty small. And anyways, Sam is not going to win this because he has no leadership qualities he is just a loose canon that can not lead people. People think he is a overconfident jerk and there is no way he will be able to lead any group of people. And without being able to lead; how are you going to be a successful businessman?

Shockwave...

the comment about titties...seriously. Give me a break. So the girls were smart and used sex; just about every commercial does that. The thing is the boys were not smart enough to use sex; and all you guys are blamming the girls for having sex appeal. There were some really HOT men on that team. If I was directing the sale of the lemonade for the guys I would have taken them to where there would be a lot of middle age to older women. Maybe by a spa or a saloon or a street with a bunch of hair style places I don't know. Heck If I was a women and some of those guys came up to me and sweet talked me into buying a lemonade..I would have paid for it. I mean there were some really model type men on that team. So I think they guys just didn't have any sales smart; granted they had the organization smarts but no sales smart. And hence they lost.

blurredvision...

the apartment was wayy too gaudy. I'd hate to live like that.
The girlfriend...did anyone think...bought and paid for??

No matter what you say, I will still argue that men selling lemonade to older women doesnt compare. If they show any sort of sex appeal, they risk being charged with some sexual crime by those women if someone is offended. It does not come close to hot women selling lemonade to businessmen in NYC, where a kiss on the cheek causes guys to roll out the dough.

If the women would have looked more like Wynonna Judd instead of Ashley Judd, then the guys would have won. The only pretty women in my company are the marketing women. Sex sells.

Of course we did. The question is, did ANYONE think, "oh what a nice, interesting human being she is?" No way. It's really pathetic when the girlfriend is just another object with way too much ornamentation. I actually felt sorry for Mr. Trump, for about a tenth of a second.

The guys seemed better as a team, and I thought the first test was really weight against them, later on, with tasks like managing an apartment and such, where sex isn't a big factor, the men may pull ahead. This show sometimes seems like just a medium through which Trump can advertise his "name brand" and his not so modest ego. ("This is my suite, I don't usually show it to people, sometimes presidents or royalty, and they can't believe it.") Reality shows as a whole just don't appeal to me much.

I dont care how expensive his penthouse is, the interior design is gaudy, both definitions, tastelessly ornamented and extravagant.

Anyone catch Trump on the Bob and Tom radio show the other morning? I didn't get to hear the whole thing, just the beginning (got to work in the middle of it), but he said that he was already certain the women would win the lemonade competition. If he was sure of it, I don't see his reasoning in going ahead with men vs women. Kinda sucks for the guys.

Looking at Trump proves that you can have all the money in the world and it still can't get you a decent haircut.

That and not have alot of class or sophistication...he is pretty arrogant, granted I guess if you have that much money they you can afford to be, but I agree with the overall concensus that his apartment was by far too showy and gaudy, I would hate to live there and I am guessing that he doesn't but just uses it for show, as he said he only brings Kings, presidents and the like there....I am betting that people who come from countries that like alot of gold would love a place like that.

I think it is an ok show, I still am not a fan of reality TV and I am betting I will tire of this soon, I also wonder what you make someone who is already successful such as the cigar business owner want to bother with this?

I didn't want to see the first, but I did end up watching it. I fell in love quickly, I must sorrily admit. I'm not a fan of reality tv in general, but this is really enjoyable.

all those peopel seemd cocky and ruthless in the sense they st@b you in the back and walk all over you to get ahead..they all seemed pretty annoying as individuals.

I think alot of them or the show pumped them up to be more than they really are in some ways.

The sam guy annoyed me to no end because you can tell he is such a kissup...talking to the other guys about going into the board room on their hands and knees....i dont care how rich someone is im not about to lose my dignity for anyone or anything.

Sam is lucky. Though, no one listens to him, they always cut him off, because he can't make a point quickly. Hes a dumbass for falling asleep, but I dont think I would have fired him. He wasnt the reason the guys lost. I bet hes project leader soon, then we will see what happens, if he sinks or floats. My bet is he leads the guys to their first win...
