The only reason you dont see a A4 with "Quattro" immediately after the name is because it has an option for front wheel drive. Something only an idiot would purchase.

But I can see how you would be confused. I have talked more than a few times about my A4 in here. Sorry for assuming you knew which model I was talking about. ;)

OHHHH aren't you special.....lol

Can we at least admit that the same idiots criticzing Bush/Cheney for these items refuse to admit their party did the same damn thing and that they never spoke a word about it until the other party did it?

How easy to say "It was wrong then and it's wrong now" when the THEN has so long ago passed with not a word spoken...

No you are wrong....I am not a Democrat, I just don't like stupid people in charge of the well being of my country.

Yeah probably special like the kids that rode on the short bus.....

According to a Senate Report, the Bush administration added forty million barrels of oil to the nation?s reserves in 2002. The purchases represented an extreme change in energy policy; they were made in a strong market, with a tight supply of oil, which increased demand, which in turn pushed up the gasoline prices to their highest levels in twelve years.

The Senate report stated that in a one-month period in mid 2002 the Bush administration purchases caused crude oil prices to soar, causing the cost of heating oil to rise by 13%, jet fuel by 10% and diesel fuel by 8%. The bottom line was the Bush policy cost citizens between $500 million and $1 billion.

I still see nobody can expain why the wonderful Mr. Bush has done this.....this was just the begining of his long string of failing us all with his energy management skills.....oh wait now skillz.

Yes, we all know the president sets the gas prices for the entire country every morning before breakfast.

well when I said deaf ears, maybe I should have said dumb ears in your case.

Did you read????

If Bush wouldn't have CUT funding to research alternative fuel research, myabe we would be further along towards the inevitable goal of having to move in that direction.

Because we all know that cutting anything equals tripling the price of oil in 5 years.

What's he done to lower them? He was criticizing Clinton/Gore in 2000 when oil was $22/bbl and gas was $1.50 gallon.

Today, oil is $70/bbl and gas will be a nationwide average of at least $3/gallon if not more after today.

What do you suggest? He invade every OPEC nation and take their oil? Obviously your theory about us raping Iraqi oil is false, what else do you got?

i would definitely support this. 2 birds with 1 stone (cheap gas + kill terrorists)

I don't understand your silence on this matter. If you're right, ok. If not, that's ok too.

So, let me get this straight; since Mr. Cheney doesn't currently own any shares in HB that automatically means that he won't waste a second rewarding\advocating for a company he once had very close ties with and may again?

Sure you did.

And Clinton wasn't impeached. The House voted for Impeachment but the Dems in the Senate were able to prevent REAL impeachment.

PBS Online NewsHour Link

In August 2002, the Iraqi government delivered yet another refusal to allow United Nations weapons inspectors back into the country. A week earlier, Iraq had sent an invitation to the chief U.N. weapons inspector to come to Baghdad to review the 1991-1998 inspections, Iraq rescinded its offer, calling the U.S. belief that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction a lie.

And the paragraph before that, cK?

Oh, here, I'll do it:
As a new United Nations-imposed deadline loomed, Saddam Hussein accepted a new Security Council resolution on Nov. 13, 2002 ordering weapons inspectors back into Iraq with unfettered access to all sites. It was the latest in a series of chess moves between the U.N., the U.S. and the Iraqi government in the continuing fight to rid the Gulf War state of weapons on mass destruction [WMD].

I'm not sure if you agree with him or are just being obtuse. After reading the very first sentence in the article you linked (which you must've overlooked ;) ), I'm thinking you might possibly be one of those people who say "Iraq had WMD." 'Had' being the key word.

Just so we're clear, do you agree with him cKG?

Here's where the President is at fault. The Mid East countries to stick it to us so to speak charge $70 a barrel to America. But the very companies on our shores, which by the way Mr. Bush and his entire cabinet is heavily involved with also charge the American People $70 a barrel.

Check your facts, brain-trust. Clinton was indeed impeached, but he wasn't convicted.

And he's doing it with a smile on his face, a "prayer" in his heart and the unwavering approval of too many Americans. Get prepared for more national "soul searching" the next time we get hit; "How cum thay hate us so much??? We never done nothin' ta them!!!" :Q

Funny is'nt it... anyone critcizing Bush must be a liberal must love Clinton. Nevermind we did'nt. There are still a few people awake enough to relise our elite are to busy conquering the world that we can't be bothered to attend to the basics on the home front. They are bought and sold by multinationals. They are systematically turning USA into a police state and dismantling the constitution. Liberty and justice has become lost in modern America no matter who's on top. The illusion of 'democracy' might be strong but all you gotta do is open your eyes for a few minutes to see how utterly false this illusion is. Couple poinent examples are illegal immigration, CAFGA and war in iraq where overwhelming pols show what "the people" want is ignored by the power elite.

Goes to show just how little you know about how oil prices are set.
