Thanks for getting links to the papers. I'll definitely be checking them out at some point today. Regarding the "Comments from the original maker of the test," I'm still put off by "upper tone" and "bottom tone." I'm not at all familiar with German acoustical language, but fundamental and harmonics seem most appropriate in English.
