You mean like the fact I can see a difference between having a guy stick his pinky in your vagina while you are super drunk and have 5 big dudes each take their turn sodomizing you in the ass?

Naw, kid. The one where you equated having a finger stuck into your nose while you're asleep to having a finger inserted into your vagina.

every time you enter a thread it devolves to some form of misogyny.

back on topic

so what do you think of this kid being innocent until proven guilty?

Cops tend to know what they're doing and even in prominent corruption cases like LAPD Ramparts, the cops are fulfilling the mission of their job.

So he's probably guilty.

It is possible he is innocent and should be given a trial to prove his guilt before being punished to the full extent of the law.

I just don't think an alibi from his Aunt is an especially good one.

Exactly you are not capable of engaging in a rational conversation on the subject. Thanks for backing my point.

Sorry, but when people like you and Spungo try to downplay female rape..there is nothing "rational" to be discussed with you two.

Especially you, Mr. Finger-in-Nose-equals-finger-in-vagina.

yeah I agree especially family who on their Facebook support page wants to attack the credibility of the babies mother.

when the fact is if the kid was with you that would be all that matters not what the babies mother says.

I think there is a high degree of probability the kid did it, but we need to get through the process.

While I am reserving judgement, if her statements are false and he is indeed guilty what does that say about that aunt?

A baby that was murdered over 2 hrs worth of work and you're going to lie to save a nephew you should have been mentoring.

It's not that they're evil. It's that they're teenagers. Teenagers' brains are not fully developed so they are capable of unspeakable crimes because their thought process is not mature. In fact, there is a chart out there that shows that people within the age group of 18-24 are the most violent people in the world. Ironically, that is the group that is legally allowed to have firearms. If you put everyone there then I would say 15-19 is the most violent group. When it comes to a teenager with a weapon, they will act without thinking so it's better to just give them what they want.

Fuck you apologist piece of shit...there is no excuse big enough to in any way come even close to justifying what those sociopaths did. Maybe you've recanted this garbage in the pages since you posted this but there's no excuse for even trying to say this crap. There is no rehabilitation for them, shoot them and let the world move on.

Well I think it goes a long way toward explaining why he would kill a baby over $10.

I also found it interesting that he was supposedly having bfest with his aunt. It is not exactly something I would expect the typical 17 year old boy to be doing.

Obviously we just need to pass laws preventing teenagers from buying weapons. Then tragedies like this will be prevented.

Obviously you're making excuses for the mother for not blowing these Trayvon Martin wannabe's away... how unAmerican of you.

And why does it always have to be a "cultural" thing when blacks do something heinous, but when whites do something this terrible, nobody makes a peep about "killer culture" or anything like that.

White people get to be individuals (not representative of their race or culture) but with blacks, its always a "cultural" thing or we are referred to as a "certain group".

Because of this graphic:
Demographics-5.png

http://www.nationalgangcenter.gov/Survey-Analysis/Demographics

Now, you take this graphic, combine it with a fair share of racism and generalization: voila, you've got yourself a biased representation of "blacks" as a whole. Face it, people don't like thinking too much, and people LOVE to generalize (or are too stupid not too, either). It's simple from there.

This alone will be enough to convince a good amount of people to blame culture. Though process is very simple. Black kid with a gun commits heinous crime, seemingly for no reason other than personal monetary gain (at least that's what it will be perceived as at first) -> obviously is gang member -> "black/ghetto culture" (or whatever it's called).

True that
In Canada this chart would show native people
In India the lower castes

It's no surprise that people who are poor tend to have the most criminal behavior. I think you can look at any country and look at some of their poorest populations and see crime.

As a black member of society, it just pisses me off when people try to tell me that we have some culture where we encourage our kids from birth to become criminals.

Yet, when someone white or asian in America commits a crime..there is always something just wrong with that individual. It isn't reflective of their race.

It's very annoying.

The original interview with her that was out made it clear she was mentally imbalanced... so, I don't read a lot into her demonstrating that (particularly in a time of stress)

doesn't mean she wasn't victimized in this way.

might also mean she's crazy and shot the kid herself... but at this point, I'm leaning toward the thugs victimized a crazy lady and made her crazier in the process.

Funny...because the son she lost was a also thug. She lost her first son in 2008.

She could have already been crazy from that.

Asking about life insurance money though.......fishy.

lol

blame a black man.

If this is true.......

Ohhhhhh boyyy.

Wait, I thought they couldn't legally release the 15 year old's name?
in a lot of states you can charge teens as adults for murder, so it may also apply to their privacy and such.

well then there is this

"Katrina Elkins has said her nephew didn't kill the child, that he was at her house having breakfast at the time of the shooting.Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering said the women gave investigators new information that led them to a pond where they found a handgun. It's being tested to determine whether it was used in the slaying."
