She was SOBER and she did that?
Officer felt she was under the influence at the time of the incident so that's why she was taken to the Hospital.
However, SOP is to do blood test when fatality is involved.

Police have a much clearer video of the incident and let me tell you, I can see no other way this was not intentional. After she hit the motorcycle, she accelerated into the crowd.
Hmmmmm.
I dunno. When you're sloshed, you have the reaction time of a slug. The only reason her car stopped as fast as it did was because she was trying to control it in some fashion - probably reacting to things she saw seconds prior.
She hit the motorcycle quite hard. If she was that drunk, I don't think its a stretch to say that she was startled and mashed the gas.
I guess time will tell. If she wasn't drunk... I don't even...
That's so cute how you are convinced she is a murderer. Typical liberal. Everything is completely and totally inexcusable - I mean, why do we even have a court system anyway amirite? GUILTY! DWI! NEXT CASE! NO WE DONT CARE WHAT YOUR EXCUSE MAY BE!
🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄
Maybe you need to take your argument to the families of the 4 people she KILLED that she isn't a MURDERER. You can tip toe around that and call it call it manslaughter if you like, but we absolutely know she MURDERED those 4 people, and she was caught red handed in the act of doing it. She better hope her blood work shows she was drunk, because otherwise, they will throw the book at her, and throw away the key when they convict and lock her up, too.
Could have been looking at her phone or something other than the road (if the report of her being sober is true)
What if she was mind controlled? What if someone else was in the car and put a gun to her head and told her to do it? What if she had prescription drugs in her system that her doctor prescribed that were knocking her out? What if she had an epileptic seizure while driving? That would CERTAINLY explain not breaking. But you wouldn't think about the concept of not knowing everything would you?
The point being, you're a complete toolbag, and a total douche to EVER call someone guilty on something that you have NO MERIT in doing so. You don't know the person. You don't know the situation. You're just a liberal-minded tool that is willing to dismiss the concept of you not knowing everything and throwing down the hammer immediately. There is a reason why someone like yourself would fail miserably in any position of power.
The problem is not me knowing as I don't have to worry about what I've got in me as it's always ZERO...it's the asshats that drink and think that they have nothing (or are OK) in their system, go out and drive, and then kill OTHER people. The laws need to be changed to where you go to prison if you're drink and drive, period. If you kill someone, as far as I'm concerned, you can be put to death.
If she was hot, she would get probation. The mugshot made her look only OK though.

This report is accurate.
If a selfie obsessed Millennial is having a bad day and feeling a bit angry, no worries, because they will mow down a parade to get even and feel better about themselves! Then get a good defense attorney and a shrink to claim insanity as a defense.
This same narcissistic mindset is also validated and made evident by the increasing numbers of mentally defective Millennials who are deliberately committing heinous crimes involving large amounts of innocent people, just because they aren't getting their way.

Looks like her court-appointed lawyer is going to try the "insanity" defense by reading his comments,
I have deep concerns about her competency at this point. I'm not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but I can tell you she's suffering from mental illness, Coleman said."
I really hope this fails in an epic fashion, your suffering from depression so your going to kill innocent people standing on a street?, fuck that shit, If I'm a juror no way in hell I'm buying into that crap. There are numerous ways to get help with your mental state and you will never convince me she was unable to know what she was doing was wrong. I've suffered with depression before but even in my worst moments I never thought of killing someone else was going to make it better.

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Oct. 25, 2015) Adacia Avery Chambers is being held on additional charges of second degree murder (four counts). Chambers, a 25-year-old Stillwater resident, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 24 for driving under the influence after a collision with a crowd of spectators at the Oklahoma State University Homecoming Parade. On Sunday morning, investigators, in consultation with the Payne County District Attorneys office, elected to file an affidavit and hold Chambers on four counts of second degree murder. A conviction for murder in the second degree has a sentence of ten years to life imprisonment for each count.
Chambers was arrested for DUI on Saturday morning. She was taken to Stillwater Medical Center to obtain blood samples as required by Oklahoma statute in collisions involving fatality and serious injury. The blood samples will be sent to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for testing. Chambers was transported to the Stillwater Police Department jail for holding.

This report is accurate.
Wow, a lawyer trying to get not guilty by reason of insanity out there ASAP. Yeah, that has to be accurate, no way anyone could possibly say that if it wasn't true.
He's is not a court appointed attorney, her father obtained him last night.

Shhh, take a selfie and go back to sleep.
Because everything selfish is all perfectly a-OK from a Millennial point of view.
Unless you were wanting examples, or maybe a comparison of the heinous nature of mass murder crimes today compared to say, 50 years ago, before any Millennials were even born?

Plus, let's not forget that if a generation allegedly has a certain mentality, then it was almost certainly developed in large part by the generations that raised them.
Please consider professional help.Shhh, take a selfie and go back to sleep.
