WTF are you talking about, my heroes?

In this situation there doesn't really seem to be enough evidence to determine what happened.

What, they've got a dead teen, a guy who they know who did it, a fleeing felon who was later apprehended. If it was some kind of self-defense why would he haul ass out of there and not wait for an LEO to describe why his shots were in self defense? truckload of evidence, he's rightfully fucked..

Mr. Spatially has argued that Dunn deserves the benefit of doubt, because he's a business man who has stated he was threatened by violent thugs in another vehicle.

Surely, Ms. Scott who works for a bank deserves the same benefit of the doubt, no? Since Mr. Dunn's account is taken at face value by Spatially, then why not Ms. Scott's?

If her account is true, does Mr. Ables join Martin and Davis in the thug club? Or does he get the benefit of the doubt, unlike Davis?

Good grief, can you start another thread where you can slobber all over my nuts rather than derail this one?

There is no law that says you can use deadly force over loud music, you IDIOT.

Wait was this before or after some kid pointed a shotgun out of the window?

I love how you guys leave out these hugely important details as if they mean nothing. ROFL.

No, but there's 35 witnesses and 50 police officers as witnesses and I don't think ANY of them saw or found the "alleged shotgun".

I thought they witnessed the durango leave the scene for almost 5 minutes................

You think a car full of thugs including a felon is going to just hang on to a shotgun after pointing it at some old man who defended himself? ROFL.

If it's not found, how can you possibly prove it ever existed?

Eyewitness testimony of a mentally stable person with no violent background whatsoever.

Jury of 12 comparing these felon thugs to an elderly businessman's word? Rofl........ It only takes one to understand what really went on that day.

We have eye witness testimony of a weapon pointed at the victim who fired in self defense.

Ahhh yes, "eye witness" testimony from a guy who could potentially spend the rest of his life in jail if he said there was no shotgun pointed at him.

I'm sure that person would have absolutely no reason lie.

As opposed to the felon in possession of a firearm in the car and other teens who would be faced with capital murder of their accomplice have no reason to lie about the shotgun they pointed at their victim, right?

Considering that middle aged businessmen don't go around randomly shooting up cars I have no reason to doubt his statements and thus far have not seen any evidence to the contrary.

Why are certain groups of people automatically guilty to you and the crew? Please something better than your typical "black and white" answer.......

Yeah, I'm sure they had a shotgun pointed at him and allowed him to draw his weapon and fire upon them without making an attempt to return fire.

Sounds logical to me.

Bottom line there's NO PROOF they had a weapon, and the word of a killer shouldn't hold any weight.

I'm just trying to mentally put myself in that durango.... You're in a car with 3 friends, some old guy pulls up and completely randomly fires ~10 rounds into the car before zooming away. Why would I leave??? They clearly don't know where any hospital is located, and they are only gone a few minutes before returning to the scene. It seems logical that if they were "lost" or whatever they would pull over and call 911.... Not drive all the way back and act like they hadn't left.

The only reason for the durango & felon to leave is to ditch something, and turns out someone saw them point a shotgun out of the window. Coincidence? Rofl.... Again...... Jury of 12 and it only takes 1.

You're also neglecting the verbal threats and assaults to the victims life. They probably just did it for show and be all tough, not realizing that they can get lawfully ventilated for showing a weapon and verbal threats to the victims life.
