looks like "amd users" has ramped up a bit. last couple of days i think they're out producing us.

Yeah, may be. TeAm and AMD-Users have changed places some 3 or 4 times during the last 2 weeks. Some days we produce more, other days they do. They had a great day yesterday (>11 000 cobblestones). We will see: they have almost twice as many members in their team as we have ... :Q

Makes me even more angry that R@H still has that freakin' bug and no remedy is in sight. Each day I try at least 4 WUs on 2 different PCs but so far no luck 🙁

yeah, but only 3 more active than us.

well, i had a couple bad days between tweaking and gaming. wish i had another cruncher to throw it on.

we could use you BMC 🙂 thankfully, seems most of my problems are behind me. my last failed unit was sunday iirc.

maybe i'll put it on another core. i haven't looked into doing it it may cause havoc with the wu's again.

I was just able to finish 3 WUs without a problem. Now that's some good news for a change!

Does anybody know when BOINC 5.22/.23 is due? In the R@H forums they said it should have been out by Monday already.

v5.2.1 is expected released asap, they're basically just waiting to get feed-back from alpha-testers running linux or mac...

Well, if something serious is reported it will be further delayd...

I read that too. Have been waiting eagerly since, with nothing on the BONC pages yet. Soon, soon....

Congrats. 😉

I have been having some of my own issues, but mainly stalled WU's on 1%. It drives me nuts when I come back to a machine and multiple hours of crunching time has been wasted. I am also still having quite a few failed units, and on Rosetta only machines. 🙁

I hear you Sean!

I don't trust R@H yet either, at least until there's a significant update or something like that. I still don't understand that they've gone gold with an issue like that. In beta I'd say "OK, it's still beta, probs are supposed to happen." But now I'm tempted to say: "Well, they don't fix it, so let's switch to a project that works 100% and needs my cycles, too."

I know, it's a stupid thought, but hey, can't help it!

great new that !! 🙂

i'm liking rosetta better. my bad units have definitely decreased. i think i've had 2 all week.

nice week by kb3edk :Q

Haha thanks Paul 🙂 . And this despite my first ever bad WU... happened late Wednesday, a WU hung up at 1% completion for 3 hours. I aborted it and the client fired up a new one in the queue which ran without problems. Been checking all 3 boxes now about 2x daily since then, it hasn't recurred so far

Why's that... you gonna fire up 5 more R@H boxes tonight and squash me once and for all? LOL 😀

Great job kb3edk

I had to add a few machines. Could not help it (although I may get passed in E@H soon...). Maybe more if peter comes out swinging. 😉

I wish I could! But I was thinking ... rather of summarizing an unusually fast climb from nowhere (=0 WUs on Sept 26) to the top of the list ...
That is what I would call encouraging! 😀

:Q 😉
/he calls it a few machines ... yesterday 1170 WUs, today already 1120 WUs and there are several hours left on this day ... a few machines indeed/

OK folks, the mrwizer super crunchers has added it's output to the TeAm! Watch out AMD-Users!

/hey kb3edk! we gotta increase production or duck fast - he's gonna pass us in some 10 - 12 days like a rocket ... / 😀 😛

LOL! the mrwizer super crunchers...

I wish that were true. 🙂

you three will be like the big three of the celtice in the '80s 🙂

Adam and Peter are cranking out 1100 ppb this week and it looks like mrwizer can bring it too.

lets hope its enough to catch amd users. i'm still thinking of switching another core over as my f@h production is in the dumps anyway, lol
