Interesting day today, gotta get my body ready for some high rep days mixed in with low rep days. Different concept for me.

(my god I suck at these, haven't even done regular pullups in a while let alone wide arm. Will have to figure something else out, I don't like the feeling of wide anyways)
 
Been out a week with a damn hamstring injury. Was gonna start my cube last tuesday with deadlifts but my leg snapped a little for the 2nd straight week. Will just go light and stretch it out on my deadlift days for a while.

Been doing a modified Wendler 3/5/1 program for a while now and feeling good. Maxes are not really up much from last year but form has been a TON better and adding in a lot more volume.

That's been my Wendler log. Have cut deadlifts for about a month, back has been sore, but might reintroduce them next week.

Squat - 485
Deadlift - 525
Bench - 325
OH Press - 225

Over the next few months I should start creeping into the new 1RM areas, but gains on Wendler have been slow and steady. Weighing about 280 now too.
