New PR on deadlift at 525, actually failed lockout on 530, which is my first lockout fail ever. Rack pulls on Tuesday and then speeds next Friday.
Going forward I'll be able to use the gym's whip bar which apparently makes things way easier. Getting a belt soon too, maybe next week depending on funds.
First time doing box squats and felt fairly comfortable. Bench was about 1/2 inch below my squat depth, felt good. Will slowly add weight to get more comfortable.
