I can't stand the douche bags trying to be hardcore by dropping weights. If you can't set the weight down properly, don't fucking pick it up. You don't look cool or hardcore by dropping them, just like a retard. It's so damn irritating.
The grunting is pretty lame, especially when its like 30-40lbs weights, but that I can deal with because I have headphones on. The weight dropping is just childish.
I'm not putting undo stress on my shoulder by rotating my arms out slowly and gently setting a heavy db on the ground. The flooring is padded in the free weight section for a reason....
If you don't like watching me workout, don't look in my direction. I don't give a fuck what you are doing.
