what if Supermouse cast lv.8 Simulcrum, and made a copy of himself, which you believed was him in the trap? what if he's still alive? huh? what if? huh?
 
Hmmm... the dog who alerted us to the mouse in the first place has been staring at the corner for quite a while and pacing back and forth by a wall. It's possible that there *is* another mouse. Maybe it was just one of the mouse's flunkies, set out to deliberately distract me, while super-mouse has more time to build his people-trap, baited with pizza.
