My best friend is Mexican and he probably matches more with most of those than I do. The list if funny, but I don't really view most of it as a race thing, more of an american culture thing.

You know, maybe I'm just in a foul mood, maybe it's my bias against the word 'Gentrification' and it being the first one I saw.
I just didn't think this was funny. I mean, I can usually laugh at myself. I often poke fun at the things I and the people around me do.
As it stands, I think Homerboy's right - if I made a list that was poking fun at a minority, as a white guy, I'd start getting letter bombs in the mail.
....or are letter bombs a strictly white method of retaliation?

It's not even necessarily a "white" person list, it's a yuppie list. It's people around college age who still have hopes and dreams and are idealistic and want to reject the corporate dominance of the past through careful branding (wearing an Old Navy sweater and Gap khakis to the Starbucks where you can chat on your Macbook about the horrible things corporations do to the environment). Granted, most of these people happen to be white. But it is not strictly a white thing, nor do all white people conform to that stereotype.
Still, anyone who gets their panties in a bunch about something like this is just looking for a reason to be offended. It's good old-fashioned stereotyping, just like saying black people like watermelon or Mexicans are dirty savages stealing all the jobs from the hard-working white man.
