Huh? Prior to the GWB court you say it would be free speech, that is, flushing the Koran is a political statement, and therefore the court would find it to be protected. But you seem to imply that you would expect the GWB court to rule that flushing a Koran is not protected? I don't follow. If anyone would argue in favor of flushing the Koran wouldn't it be GW & Co?
