Not going to lie, the structure and gameplay as well as story will ruin a lot of other games for you single player wise. Horizon zero Dawn I found was also a very very good game and kind of comes close. But that's on the consoles only.I started it about six months ago after finally making my way through the first two. I'm about 100+ hours in and have not finished the main story yet. The game is almost too good ... I'm afraid the quality and level of detail and care put into this game will ruin all other single player games for me, at least until this studio puts out another game.
I still have yet to reinstall Witcher 3 and finish it. It's one of those games you have to sit and enjoy it when you have nothing else on your plate because there is a lot to do and I always end up going from side quest to side quest. Before you know it, I've discovered all kinds of new items and barely advanced the story.
