Yay Hero Siege down to $0.89. I was holding out at $1.49. Lol...I would have bought it anyway, but the 60 cents makes me smile.

debating whether to pull the trigger on Banished or not.

it's been on my wishlist for awhile, but no clue if I'd actually be playing it any time in the near future having just bought Cities Skylines as well.

So far I've picked up:
Crimsonland 4.89
Luftrausers 2.49
Transistor 4.99
HuniePop 4.99
Gauntlet 4.99
Small World 2 1.99

I played it and had a lot of fun with it, there are a lot of mods out there also that let you do more than the base game. It's a fun/challenging building/survive game.

Well today's deals are decidedly unimpressive.

Edit: Well, they just got a bit better. Why the hell can't valve just open the sale with the correct price?

Ok i don't know what is going on, i now got that game Shovel Knight randomly. Again, not appearing on my game list, but i have a play now button on store page and i can play it.

Very strange.

Not sure if this applies here, but games are often offered as free to play during sales or on weekends. When the free to play period ends, so does your access, unless you pay.

Ark: Survival Evolved is listed as a daily deal, but has been that price literally since it was first listed on Steam two weeks ago.

Is there really enough demand to support a million different "survival and building game" clones of Minecraft and Day Z?

Yeah I'm kinda sick of the games where the trailer is a generic woods setting with mediocre to poor graphics and the tagline is "Survive and craft things in a harsh wilderness setting while crafting things! Did we mention there's crafting? CRAFTING!"

Really? Reviews are pretty good. If I play for one hour and never play it again, that's a much cheaper hour than most other forms of entertainment.

I put in about 20 hours with the game and only finished maybe 1/5 of the game. It is fun for awhile, but in the end it gets repetitive. It was fun for those 20 hours. It is best played at a couch co-op mindless shooter game.

For $0.89, that sounds more than worth it.

Do they still put everything back on sale the last day at the best price? I skipped over Shadows of Mordor and Cities XL and a couple other things since I'm still playing Witcher but probably should have snagged them. Although Mordor can probably wait until the Christmas sale.

meh, might as well wait on Dying Light

the game is no longer a hot topic and doesnt justify the high price

you can wait till it's $10 or less
