All I normally cook is Ribeye Medium. Prime rib is my favorite cut though.

Any cut, well done. Medium well is actually how i like it, but i have to request well done to get it close to that.

Heh... It doesn't matter what cut of steak you get if you're asking for them to be cooked well done. They all end up tasting like shoe leather anyway :(

Put me in for Porterhouse, medium rare.

I like filet but lately I want some meat that you have to chew so my vote goes to the NY Strip with some dry rub cooked medium to medium rare on a charcoal grill; Just had some last night.

You left out the best...Sirloin. Medium to Medium well depending on thickness. I have some sirloins from a custom-slaughtered farm beef cut 3/4" thick that are perfect medium.

Weber Grill Restaurant. All Charcoal-Fired grills, no gas, even though they sell those too.

If you are in Chicago try Keefer's downtown. I've had many a filet in this city and it blows them all out of the water.

screw you all!!! now i'm STARVING!!!!! :(.

BUT, after finishing our first year of law school, my friend and I went to Capital Grill in Boston and it was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed, I didn't think it would be so damn good. Strip steak, done medium rare, with a white truffle butter sauce. Now I'm not usually one for sauces and things on steak, but this really really enhanced the flavour of the steak as it was so subtle and good. omg, i'm dying just remembering it.

I like the sirloin at Frankie and Johnnies in NYC with a side of creamed spinach and lionaisse potatoes.
