The US has quite a long history of killing innocent civilians when using our military to attack military (or supposed) targets. Has any other president been impeached for it?

Come on man, at least run with the "using a drone to kill a US citizen" thing. At least that has some legs on it and is imo a clear violation of the Constitution.
