If this report is the nothingburger the media is saying it's going to be, then what did Mueller get from all the people he flipped, especially Flynn? All the legal analysts said at the time that Mueller would never make a deal with Flynn unless Flynn was offering up someone further up the food chain from him. So far, no such person has been indicted, and in fact, it doesn't seem likely that information from Flynn was utilized in any of the indictments we know about.

Maybe Roger Stone?

I think it's obvious the Russian's interfered via the gun lobby, NRA and the massive fake accounts to try and muddy the waters. They also have guilty pleas regarding who paid for internet tech and hacking.

So it's far from a nothing burger imo. But ofcourse Trump makes everything about himself.. so he will make it into a nothingburger.

Dunno what media you follow but it's not portrayed that way at all. There's a fair amount of "don't get your hopes up too far". As if any of them really know much at all given the excellent information control from Mueller's team.

It's like that moment, that pause, like in Let's Make A Deal right before we get to see what's behind door #1. Who knows, right? Donnie might win a fabulous vacation. St Helena would be great.

Do you see the media reports that say that Trump is happy and celebrating after receiving the report? That means only one thing. If either Trump, his son, or his son in law, were recommended for indictment in that report, that would not be his reaction. It means nothingburger. There is simply no other possible way to interpret it.

There is another way to look at it.. if there were indictments, Trump would pardon his son and son in law. That would subvert the entire justice system. So Mueller sent the most damning cases to states and SDNY to do what they could instead of starting an impeachment trial which won't get anywhere.

He can celebrate all he wants but the clock hasn't run out just yet imo.

The Mueller investigation factually turned a profit. It cost nothing. It made money for the Feds. Why doesn't the fat turd in your tweet care about this indisputable truth?

Are you willing to be lied to like this? Does it not bother you?

$40 million? That's only two weekends for Traitor in Chief at his dillhole golf club in Florida, that you're paying for, asshole.

So it's OK to call me an asshole on this forum? Right back at you, ignorant fuckhead.

Nice, it is all becoming clear what a cesspool it is here.

And BTW the fat guy is Democratic political strategist Mark Penn.

sure we do. Hillary has deep ties to Russia.

And why haven’t they been addressed in the previous two years, why hasn’t the current justice department done something.
I keep hearing about all the horrible crimes Hillary committed but nobody charges her.
Are the current justice department and senate completely incompetent or is that just the usual bullshit we’ve come to expect?

In the eyes of the President and his aides, many of whom traveled to South Florida for the weekend, it was a moment to celebrate: the conclusion of an investigation that did not find enough evidence to indict the President or his confidants for conspiring with Russia to win the 2016 election.

There are many other articles also saying the same thing. The report is a bust. Whatever of value Mueller has done, we already know about it. At best there will be a few tidbits of interesting information, and some harsh language about how Trump's conduct wasn't admirable. Like what Comey said about Hilary when he announced they wouldn't indict her.

You’re so entrenched in defending your party I’m not sure if you’re even capable of recognizing the stench exists all around. There are many on the right that are equally blinded by partisanship and they can’t see or don’t care about the corruption that exists in their party as well. Take the blinders off man, you seem intelligent enough. Disengage from the party and see it all for what it is.

Hillary stinks like month-old lunchmeat. Trump smells like the piles of bodies the Nazi's collected by the hundreds or thousands.

So yeah "both sides"

sure we do. Hillary has deep ties to Russia.

Deep ties to Russia? Shall we go over Trump and the Trump family and The Trump organization and ties to Russia and Russian oligarch? If Hillary has ties with Russians they are an inch deep compared to Trump being in the Marianas Trench.

I mean congrats on ignoring everything discovered and wanting to persecute someone with far less involvement than Trump, but you know that.

That's like Baghdad Bob. You know, the official line. The only thing Trump Co knew at the time of the alleged celebrating was that the report was in, not what it contains. None of the reporters were actually there at the time, either.

Oh, and the top twit is apparently twitter-tied. Go figure.

You just keep doing it. I never denied corruption in the Democratic Party, you just need to believe I am because it lets you avoid my larger point.

Conservatism in America today is diseased. Trying to compare the Republican Party to the Democratic Party is the problem. You guys desperately need to clean house.

I’m not "you guys", as I’ve said on here many times I voted for Barry twice and for my current governor who is a Dem. I go back and forth to whomever I think is best.

If your larger point is that the Republican Party needs to clean house I’ve never once disagreed. You get upset that I recognize the political disease of money and corruption extends throughout both parties. It’s massively corrupt and needs to be dismantled and started anew. I feel the same way about Dems. So long as massive amounts of money is allowed to flood into politics that will always be the case.

Dude, NYT has a headline which reads: "Special Counsel Does Not Recommend New Charges"

Upper right:

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/22/...action=click&module=Spotlight&pgtype=Homepage

There will be no indictments recommended in this report. Which is why I want to know what Mueller got from Flynn and the others. Why did he let these felons walk?

I can’t figure out this both sides bullshit.
Hillary is not the President nor is she running for President again. We’ll suspend disbelief and assume Hillary is equally corrupt.
Trump is the President, why choose to excuse shitty behavior and shady deals of the President because Hillary who holds no public office is just as bad.
Makes no fucking sense at all. I highly doubt if we had a President Hillary I’d be saying but Trump, bolth sides! and UC would be cool with a corrupt President Hillary.
