This editorial expresses exactly my thoughts on our present state of knowledge of the Mueller report:

Barr’s summary of the Mueller report is the most favorable interpretation Trump is likely to get. The report itself may be a catalogue of horrible judgment, unethical behavior and noncriminal corruption. It may put Trump Inc. in a very bad light. If and when it comes out in full. In the meantime, the Trump administration is defendant, judge and jury.

The full report, however, may require revised judgments from some of Trump’s critics, as well. Perhaps the president is not a foreign agent or a criminal mastermind. Perhaps he is a weak leader who surrounds himself with clowns and criminals. Perhaps his lack of character attracts and enables other corrupt men. Perhaps he is more pathetic than dictatorial, more fool than knave. Perhaps behind the compulsive, simplistic, narcissistic exterior, there is a compulsive, simplistic, narcissistic interior. Perhaps he has moved beyond good and evil, enforcing only one code: loyalty to his person. Integrity and competence be damned.

All this may not be criminal. But it mocks our country in a different way.

Good find, but who's been claiming that fool is a criminal mastermind? Criminal, sure. Mastermind? Whaa?

That self centered oaf would probably take it as a compliment tho.

IMO the thought always was he was thought to be an amoral narcissistic, know-nothing clown who surrounded himself with mentally and morally compromised lackeys and yesmen.

I don't think anyone really doubts he'd be inclined to conspire with a foreign power to enrich himself. He has repeatedly demonstrated he has no moral boundaries to his behavior.

Jesus Christ, he cheated on his third wife by raw dogging a pornstar, then committed bank and election fraud to try and cover it up. Not too many places down from there.
What's a little Soviet collusion?

Really the question was if he managed to actually make it happen.

And if he didn't, was it because he was too incompetent, or perhaps even the Russians wanted to maintain a bit of distance.

Anyone who thinks he wouldn't do it if he think he could get away with it is the real fool.

Wow , so we live in a modern age of media. Anybody found a complete transcript of Adam Schiff's response to the Republican letter demanding his resignation? I've only partial, the rest video. His words are what our side of the argument is. That speech was historical. My new hero.

Adam Schiff shames the shameless All of it with this link.

Nunes seems a little squirmy.

i almost made a thread for this last night but held off, i think everyone should watch this entire interaction. Schiff absolutely destroyed the Republicans exposing their hypocrisy and BS. the facial expressions and reactions of everyone there speaks volumes. the head traitor Nunes having to sit there and take it was the icing on top.

here's a complete version, i had troubles with the CNBC link...

I dislike the heading in that video. He was well prepared and concise, he lost nothing.
EDIT: If he seemed mad it's because the Republicans letter was not proper. When Nunes lost his job it was because it was done through the proper process, through the ethics committee. That stunt was nothing but pure political kabuki theater crap.

just a day later and the report is now "almost 400 pages" according to Barr.

i bet we don't even see 100 pages released by Barr.

400 pages not including attachments if I understood it correctly.

That's a lot of nothing.

there is no commentary or opinion in the video, it is an uncut 7 or so minutes from the opening of yesterday's House Intelligence Committee hearing on Russian interference, why would the source matter?

They're saying it's Barr and Mueller who are doing the redacting of the report.

Does White House go next or does it get released? Someone still needs to leak it.

1)Yes there is something wrong with despising someone as an FBI agent when you tell your girlfriend you're going to stop him.
2)His unprofessional behavior was telling his mistress that he would stop Trump.
3)There is a text message from his mistress asking him to take it easy on Hillary, he agreed.

I don't know why you want to paint this guy as a model agent. He wasn't. He was extremely biased and not bright enough to hide it. He hated Trump and wanted to bring him down, he wanted Hillary to win the election by a "hundred million votes" his words. He shared all of this with his lover that also worked for the FBI in text messages on his official phone.
Stzork was fired over this.
You can keep trying to spin this any direction you want, but it isn't going to change the words he said, it isn't going to make him into a loyal husband, and it can't cover up the fact that he was driven by hate. Not political leaning, not a difference of opinion, hate. He's history, and rightly so.
Don't forget Mueller tossed his ass off the Russia investigation specifically because of the texts. The guys a piece of shit and it's no surprise the Internets leading fucktards are defending him.

Case closed.

So what exactly did the guy do to fuck with any investigations he was involved in.

No more handwaving, Details, give us details.

Then why do conservatives bring it up as diversion?

Point out the bullshit claims that I've made about Strzok.
Who cares about Strzok? We're talking about how a 400 page summary of a 2 year investigations gets distilled down to a 4 page summary and so quickly at that?
As far as I'm concerned, until I see the actual report and see the findings, we'll never know if there was collusion or not. All we have so far is the guy trump hired to deal with the fallout of the investigation doing the very thing he was brought to do.

So if he was kicked off the investigation, why are you bringing up this in a thread regarding the results of the investigation?
WTF is your point here?
