The charge of racism is thrown around too easily these days, which only serves to numb people to real racism when it occurs. Anyway, If you move to a new country, you should be prepared (to a significant extent) be willing to put up with that country's culture, norms, symbols, etc. How would that person fell if an American moved to her country and did the same thing?
