I got an email from Netflix that my card was denied ... I got online to check it out and there is all kinds of charges on my statement made in CA and I live in MI. I call in customer service and they say they have to open an investigation...?
I mean clearly .. I am calling you from Michigan and there is pending transaction made in California. She said I have to call back in 72 hours and solve the problem.
She said your new card is on its way ? I am thinking you serious, my business is done with you guys...lol
I paid off my card in the beginning of the month and never used it, now it is maxed out...lol
Do you guys have any similar stories, and how it ended ?
I never had to deal with this before, but she said I am not going to be charged for something I didn't authorize.
Edit: Things are making progress. They will email me some letter to sign, and within 2 weeks the charges will voided on my bill I guess.
