good luck, i think ati/nvidia are a$$es for not offering these cards in agp flavors, as they don't saturate the agp bus.
that is a good o/c, is it on air? do you know what voltage you are using? timings?

you mean No luck?
yep, it's (1) on air (2) Stock voltage and (3) timings of 1GB PC3500 2-3-3-7
it will do 3.5Ghz with a modest voltage increase and max out at 3.6 with a dangerous one . . . the system is 18 months old and was great bang-for-buck when i got it [with advice from GH of course] . . . that's why i'd ONLY like to upgrade the videocard [my 9800xt is just now showing its age and i'd like something beyond a x800xtpe or 6800u].
Personally, i DO think ATI will release an AGP r520 since there IS demand . . . but i have been wrong before . . .
[hope's better than nothing] :Q

You should be able to get a 3.4 ghz in there. I went from a 2.4 ghz p4 to a 3.4 ghz prescott. I had to do a bios update though. So you really need to get into them. But maybe you can just make a bootdisk and it will try to boot from it. A 3.4 ghz made a huge difference for me in games. It's still a great and very suitable speed.
Also maybe you can try taking out he battery on the MB and let everything reset. Some MB's you have to push a different key to get into the bios too.

Okay, overclocked to 2800mhz, 60 C at idle, 80 after 30 seconds of Day of Defeat Source.
EDIT// I'm overclocking using CPUFSB, I can't reach BIOS.
