For reference, that's what I'm paying for rent (in Santa Monica) just by myself, and it's totally worth it! Every single weekend is just so damn amazing out here.
 
It's 90 degrees and my allergy is killing me. I had to take 2 Allegra just to stop sneezing. It's going to be a very long year.
