but are they priced as low as the tC and have Toyota reliability?

NFS can you please put down the crack pipe....

While I am not as against the Tc as some of the other posters here, personally I don't think it is anything special, not bad for the price, but nothing I would run out and buy, for a little more I would much rather have a bare WRX or that Dodge SRT...however with that said your list of other cars is something left to be desired....

The Mazda 3 is just plain awful looking, the 6 however isn't half bad.

I have not seen a Cobalt so I cannot comment, and the Acura is ok....I just cannot get over that you said the Mazda 3 is nice looking as that just seems crazy.

No, YOU are smoking crack. Easily the best looking compact out there (Don't even try to tell me that the Elantra, Civic, Corolla, Neon, Cavalier, Sunfire, Lancer, etc. look better)

I've heard VERY FEW people call the Mazda3 ugly or awful looking. The Mazda3 is like the second coming around these boards😉

The Mazda 3 Sedan is awsome! ... I owned one. 🙂

Im thinking of getting one soon. Its kind of neat how when you build your own on the website you can buy it prericed but I'll probably just get it stock and throw on my own sh*t cause that stuff seems way overpriced. Overall, this looks like a very nice car and is way better than the Civic I was considering. I am sure I'll get this if it turns out to be a good, reliable, fast as f*ck car.

looks great. Doesn't have any kind of pointless spoiler like the wrx, srt4, evo8 so I"m instantly fan. We need less people driving around on the city streets who think they are driving off road or in some kind of rally event. Lame++.

I think it looks pretty good... little chunky in back and somewhat bland, but overall a clean design. MUCH better than Toyota's other attempts at "sporty" looks like the Celica, MR2, Solara, and even the IS300 IMO.

But even if you don't like the looks, this car is a pretty damn amazing value. Standard equipment levels are fantastic, and much better than the other Scions. Even though you would be paying MSRP+, the price is very, very good. If I was in the market for an affordable small coupe, it would be at the top of my test-drive list.

Its got the same engine as a Camry and I'm sure most of the other mechanical parts are straight out of the Toyota parts bin as well so any dealer should service it without fuss.

The tC and the cars you mentioned above are two totally different beasts. And it's not really pointless.
