The only show I was even mildly interested in watching was Big Bang Theory. After watching both episodes last Thursday ... I now have no interest in watching any TV shows this fall.

you should check out community i heard it's kinda funny.

Damn straight! It's the most innovative and cerebral comedy on TV. Of course, no laugh track and no Charlie Sheen, so not for everyone.

So far of the new shows it looks like "person of interest" is the winner for me.

Revenge is crazy good.

it might turn into a Prison Break-esque show, where it gets dragged on way longer than it should, but for now, it's pretty good.

I'm gonna read a book instead. Maybe Commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes by Mankar Camoran. In other words Skyrim.

Same here...really liking it so far. At least it's somewhat of a new/unique/interesting concept.

I plan on investing money in a leg body armor stock as the guy prefers to go for leg shots instead of killing outright in most cases so I will make a mint.

Flawed answer at best. You can still watch TV shows over the net, the question didn't specify they had to be watched on a physical TV.

Aside from pornography, I cannot see a worse way to squander away precious bandwidth. :D

I download tons of TV and have been watching it during my workouts. So a lot of what I will be watching won't be new. Let's see some of the things I plan are watching are:

The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heros (animated series)
Justice League Unlimited (animated series)
No Reservations - Anthony Bourdain - excellent food/travel related show for the foodies out there
Family Guy
House
Teen Titans (animated series)
Stargate Universe

Probably a bunch of other stuff as well. Like I said I download a crap load of TV.

:( Why good TV is quite good. Course 90% of the stuff on air is shit but there are some real gems out there. Why not download it?

On this connection downloading anything like that would be punishable by whipping with a rubber hose.

I think he's implying that he's so buisey downloading porn with every ounce of bandwith he'd rather DVR a show; or simply spend every ounce of himself watching said porn.

Watch the resurection of Dr. Who; it's awesome.

in reference to this:

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
NFL Football.

That's it.

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic rocks!

This season is a MUST WATCH!

The alternate universe thing?....And the black hole?! That shit fascinates me!

An instant classic that I put above Dancing with the Stars. And that's saying A LOT!

Someone recommended Revenge in this thread and I watched 2 episodes. I must say it's not bad I think it's interesting. I don't know how they are going to get a full season out of it since she got revenge on half the people responsible in two episodes.

Looks like The Playboy Club is the first of the fall season shows to bite the dust...

http://tv.yahoo.com/slideshow/773/photos/1?nc

Also doing poorly are:

Charlie's Angels

How to Be a Gentleman (never heard of that one)

Free Agents

A Gifted Man

H8R

Prime Suspect

Of all those, the only one I've watched is Prime Suspect, and I'm not too surprised that it's doing poorly. It's not that good.

Haven't watched any of these, except for most of one episode of Prime Suspect, which left me disappointed. The English original, with Helen Mirren, was top notch, while this American copy, while not godawful, is basically indistinguishable from any other run of the mill network police procedural.

Based on its title, I was hoping for much, much more.
