I'd argue that what you quoted doesn't make any sense. If Obama is a citizen because she's American, then McCain certainly is. Both his parents are native born.

Besides, it's been long established that the Constitution never meant to be born within the states. Diplomats come and go all the time, and certainly Jefferson and the crew wouldn't have suggested that people on official business should have their children excluded. Been ruled that's the case a long time, and that would apply to McCain who's father was an officer on official duty in Panama at the time.

As I recall Obama's mother would have had to have been 18 years old when he was born and I seem to remember she was almost but not quite 18.

realistically:
- I would think there would be a lawsuit to decide if being foreign born to a US citizen mother constitutes a natural born citizen.
- There would be issues of whether anyone would have the standing to sue.
- What would happen after that would depend on what the shakes out of the federal courts...

If it's proven that he is not a citizen then he would resign and Biden would become President.

I think all the laws passed by congress would be fine since congress voted for them and they can actually become law without the President signing them.

I think the big problem would be Presidential orders since those would have been signed by a illegitimate President and would be open to court challenge, of course Biden could probably write an order that reaffirms all the orders written by Obama.
